Window Concepts put in a new bathroom. the workmen were Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, The three men were **, ***, and ****. Hope I remember their names correctly. They worked hard for us and cleared up some glitches. We are very pleased with the job done. We have shown this bathroom to a lot of people, friends, neighbors, and relatives. WE STARTED THE PROCESS OF GETTING ANEW ENTER DOOR AND SIDE PANELS IN JUNE 2021, AND ARE STILL WAITING TO CORRECT TE SLAB THAY WAS PUT IN. THE DOOR IS SMALL ON TOP THAN IT IS ON THE BOTTOM. EVERY TIME I SEND AN E-MAIL, CHECKING ON THE STATUS, IM TOLD THEY WILL CHECK ON IT AND GET BACK TO ME. I DONT HEAR BACK UNTIL I CHECK AGAINWindow Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

I received a call from Window Concept and I was informed that the door slab would be in by the end of the month (September) . That was two weeks ago, and since than, I have not heard a word from them. They asked if I wanted to take back the complaint, but I told them I would wait to see what happened by the end of the month. As usual, nothing.L. H.
