Had a front entry door replaced. Ordered in March, installed in October. Timeframe was just as expected. Design selection was convenient and we got exactly what we wanted. Install was by a contractor. He was on time, did a good job and cleaned everything up when finished. The only downside was the inspection by the city. We were given a date of inspection, sat home all day and no one. Called Window Concepts, given another date.no one. More calls and finally, a call from WC to review the install. By the end of that call, had the answers for the inspection. All-in-all, would recommend WC.

From beginning to end, I was happy with the services Window Concepts provided. During the consultation a detailed description was given and all of our questions were answered. The work was done efficiently and professionally and they did not leave a mess when finished. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
