      Worst experience Ever!!! Was told to come in 30 mins prior to an appointment. 11:40 for a 12:10, at 1:10 checked to see why Im still waiting. They say they are running behind. Was taken in at 1:45. Now at 3:20 have to wait another 20+ minutes for a disc. ****, condescending, unprofessional staff!

      As the result of patient ******************************* complaint, I reached out to her on Saturday., 1-21-23 via telephone and had a conversation with her as to the events that transpired on 1-16-23. I explained to ****************** that it is never our intention to make a patient wait beyond their appointment time, however it does happen when difficulty arises with current patients being taken care of. I let her know that where we failed her was not actively communicating with her regarding these delays. She agreed with me that had that been the situation, she would not have been as upset. We are actively reeducating the staff to keep in constant communication with the patients proactively so that they are made aware of any active or potential delays. I apologized profusely for her experience with her exam delay as well as the further wait for her exam CD. I gave her my direct contact information as my intention in doing so would be to help expedite any further imaging exams should the need arise. *************************** verbalized how extremely appreciative she was for the follow up to the negative experience she had.

      On Friday 12/2/22 I went to ***** located at **********************************************************************************. Upon entering the sarcastic and condescending employee stated they have not received my order for a MRI from my physician office. Before arriving, I had just gotten off the phone with my provider and I was informed they had faxed the order on two separate occasions. After the employee said that they could not locate my order I then proceeded to call my physicians office. While on the phone the employee called my name. She said to follow her. I told her I was trying to get ahold of my physician. She said follow her. She brought me to a make shift dressing room that was smaller than a bathroom. She handed me a pair of dirty scrubs. I told her these are dirty. She ignored me. Inside the room was a container full of dirty scrubs overflowing out of the container. The make shift room was so small it could not accommodate my ****** so I had to leave the makeshift curtain open. I began to undress. I had my shirt off and my bare chest was exposed and an employee walked into the office and proceeded to go to her desk while staring at my bare chest. The pants were dirty snd stained with dried blood blood. I took pictures. The scrub pants were not only filthy but were to small and my entire backside was exposed. I put the scrub shirt on immediately began to itch. I was told to put my items in a locker and walk with my ****** to the mri. (The only decent experience was the two mri technicians were extremely kind and compassionate). After the mri was over I was told to go to the bathroom to change and put my clothes back on. I took off the scrub top and my entire chest was red and blotchy from the filthy scrubs I had been given. I took off the scrub pants and I had bite marks on my back and on my legs from the filthy scrub pants. I was mortified. I will never ever go to that facility ever again.

      ************* is good. but they charged me and others a copay even though it was covered in full by my insurance. then i found out they charged a friend and last, they charge my wife on 7/12. i told the clerk she was covered yet she insisted on the 25-dollar fee. so, they do this to everyone covered and few if any read their contract. they are knowingly collecting millions of dollars illegally and continue to do so. getting a refund is doable but try and find their phone no to contact them as they want you to fill out a form then you may get a response. totally deceptive practice. I told the clerk she was covered in full, yet they insisted she pay the false fee.
