      Cant even get my appointment scheduled. Finally got through they disconnected me and didnt call me back so had to go through all the waiting again. If we disconnect after wiring so long they for sure should have called me back but didnt. Terrible service. Wasted 30min so far twice in a row on the phone.

      I have exhausted all other means to resolve my issue with RAYUS. I was advised by my doctor to get a calcium scan. The doctor and RAYUS both stated the cost for this procedure is $175.00 and is not covered by insurance. At my scan appointment, 11/1/24, I paid the quoted fee, $175.00. Several weeks later, I noticed on my *** account that ********************** submitted a bill for $531.12 to my insurance, which was paid by my *** account. I placed many, many calls to RAYUS to get an explanation. Telephone calls to RAYUS were frustrating. I would be on hold for extended periods, often after explaining my situation, the phone would disconnect. It was apparent that my telephone calls were not being documented or followed up because every time I called, I had to go over every detail with the new RAYUS associate. I was finally able to work through my *** provider to get the money refunded to my *** account. This was in December 2024. I thought the situation was resolved. In February 2025, I received a check from RAYUS for $531.12. I still have the check and did not deposit the check because I was not owed this money. Since this time, I received a bill from RAYUS for $531.12 stating Final Notice: Payment due in 20 days to avoid ***************** Placement. I tried calling RAYUS again today to let them know they sent me a check. The first ****** I spoke with said I needed to be transferred, so I held on the phone for 10 minutes and was transferred to another ******, but once again, my call was disconnected. I am done dealing with RAYUS. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I want RAYUS to provide me, in writing, a confirmation that my account is paid in full, and an explanation why they billed my insurance $531.12, when I paid the quoted fee of $175. Steer clear of this company, they are a nightmare their customer service, professionalism, and accounts receivable are the worst.

      This ***le experience with Rayus was so disappointing. I have a lump that they believed didnt need to be biopsied, but my ******* *** is a specialist, wanted it biopsied. Not only did I have a h*** of a time trying to get this scheduled because they deemed it "not necessary" but once I finally got in, one month later, to get this done, the Doctor and staff were dismissive and rude. My fianc was able to talk to the Operations Manager, ***** *** was doing the exact same to her as the service I got when I went in. She wasn't being bias in this situation and even tried to understand where I was coming from. She " talked" to the doctor and whatever he told her was what had happened. She was dismissive, rude and my fianc had to ask her to change her tone with her at one point. This was the Operations Manager. We own a business, and I promise we never disregard a clients experience when they come to us. This was a horrible experience. On top of that the doctor couldn't even find my lump so just "guessed" where it was at and poked around. Of course, after they charged me the full amount, instead of filing a claim with my insurance company, the results came back as inconclusive. Horrible staff, horrible customer service and very unprofessional

      I will confirm that Rayus did reach out. I very much disagree that anything has been resolved to my satisfaction except I will NEVER use Rayus again. The justification and excuses that kept coming from whomever I spoke to just shows their lack of professionalism.

      Would give negative stars if I could. I have been going to this facility for decades starting when it was *** but I will never return. I understand they are implementing a new system but this is ridiculous. First of all when I arrived for my appointment I had to fill out paperwork AND a tablet with information I had already provided with the online pre-registration. OK, not that big a deal, just annoying. Then I waited in the second area for 45 minutes while everyone else was being called in. When I asked the receptionist she said the front office never checked me in. When the tech finally called me back he gave me a different excuse. Now, three weeks later my report is still not available and every time I call I get a different lie. Luckily I dont have a life threatening illness. I will say that I was able to get the disc of my test but that is not something I can send to any of my doctors that have requested it. In addition, when I brought the disc to the ordering physician she said the technician x-rayed the opposite wrist (which I pointed out to him at the time but he made some kind of excuse) so she couldnt really compare it to my last test and that is affecting my treatment. I agree with *****, they should be shut down.

      My *** ordered an X-ray of my chest STAT and it's been 8 days and no report issued yet. They are incompetent and I will not pay for this X-ray. This type of service is totally unacceptable and they should be closed down.

      *** gave me an order to get a CT Scan at Rayus Radiology. I have spent 45 minutes calling to schedule a simple CT Scan. I also went online and can not do it there. I tried headquarters. I will be calling *** and telling them to never recommend or send orders their way and I will be putting reviews on ****** and US doctors about this. Very frustrating.

      If I can give 0 I would. They sent me a text asking me to arrive 30 minutes earlier. . I had bone density test and ultrasounds of my thyroid waited over 10 days for an appointment. I get there this morning places closed sorry for the inconvenience. You tried calling. Nobody answers. Finally I get ahold of someone on the even though I begged them to give me The earliest appointment possible, they give me an appointments for two weeks. will never come here again nor will I recommend anybody and I will let my doctor know the treatment I got are not patient care they do not care about your time but if I was to cancel on them on the same day, I would have to pay $50 not right There was more than five people standing there when I arrive and another four that drove up as we were all wondering what was going on. So I wasnt the only one that they didnt have the courtesy of calling to cancel.

      Horrified at how they treated my 9 year old child for his knee MRI. They were informed ahead of time that my son had a new diagnosis of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (along with a broken patella) and that the scan would be tricky due to extreme 10/10 pain due to this condition. They did not respect my wishes or listen to me, they rushed us, yelled at me, wouldn't let me help him as he's sobbing in pain from them doing exactly what I asked them not to do, and were unwilling to give me staff and manager names until I asked multiple times.They did not take the time to explain anything to him, or ask him at any point during the scan how he was doing. After the scan the staff didn't even walk my son (who is on crutches) back to the waiting room. They literally left him in the middle of the hallway by himself sobbing and said nothing to me.NEVER bring your children (or yourself) here!

      They take advantage of insurance practices to overbill patients as a hospital outpatient facility. The RAYUS branding and rented space gives the impression that its not going to charge hospital fees. No wonder health insurance is out of control.

      Rayus has been 100% effective for my back and shoulder, and will always return to them as a trusted source for pain management. Doctors and staff have always treated me kindly with dignity and compassion.
