      Wife had a mammogram here back in November 2023. We have PacificSource health plan through Legacy Health and provided them the info when making an appointment. They said everything will be covered and when we asked if they are PacificSource in-network provider and gave us a date. When we checked in for imaging, we asked them to double check if insurance would cover and they said yes. Now in May 2024, they sent us a bill for $777 because the provider is out of network. Called and asked if they could help in resolving this matter. They said all they could do is to ask PacificSource to review the bill. Asked to speak with o a supervisor and was told we could only ask for a supervisor to call back. 5 business days later, still no call back from any supervisor. If we knew they were not PacificSource in-network provider, we would have never come in for imaging. We felt misled by this company but we are willing to pay cash/discounted price for the service that has already been performed at this point but the company not willing to work with us. Will never come here again!

      Rude horrible customer service. I was told to pay an agreed upon amount every month for 12 months. I not only paid that but paid ahead by paying twice in 2 months. I was turned over to collections for not paying every month even though I paid ahead twice. When I called, they said it was the system. No apologies just we will take it off of collections. And rude as could be

      I wouldn't even give it one star. It's been going on 8 business days still no results of my husbands ultra sound of the abdomen. They are rude and the worst when I asked to talked to a supervisor or someone higher up. My husband has cancer and is in pain and so we went there the same day doctor gave script to go. They also lied to us when we got there saying we needed a referral in which i called my insurance company and they said we did not just a script. they wouldn't do the test without us paying up front which we did. Since Rayus took over DCA it's been the worst. Never again will we go there and we will tell everyone we know. It's like a factory - one that doesn't perform well. For your health and safety do not go there. I am totally fed up.

      On 2 separate occasions I called the center where my MRIs were performed to get the actual test images burned to a disk. I need them for a second opinion scheduled in another state. I could not find a corporate contact number after extensive iternet search (although I see a number here on the BBB site I will try). I am now on hold for the THIRD call. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 11 minutes. The very pleasant rep I spoke to (MF, ** location) came back on line and told me that 2 (of the 3 managers) had already left for the day (before 3 pm CST on a Monday?). She took my contact info but I have little hope I will get a call.

      My wife had an ultrasound at the El ************************* of Rayus in *************, ** (El ******* on August 24th. By September 1, we did not have the results of the test. I tried calling the company but only got the main call center in **********. I could not reach the site where the test was performed and nobody could transfer me to the site.I was told results take 5-7 business days. The agent I initially spoke to said that I was calling on day 6. Outrageous! You take a test to see if something is wrong so a doctor can address the issue. 7 business days translates to 12 actual days.I told the agent to call the site so the radiologist could read the test stat. One agent, after several times calling said that they would try to contact the site and try to speed up the test results. I asked to have someone call me when the results were obtained but the agents said that they were unable to do that. Getting particularly annoyed I told the agent that I would be at the site to pick up the results, in two hours, and that if it was not ready I would really complain. When I did not hear back from the last agent I spoke to I went down to the office. The last agent who I spoke to called when I was happened to be at the office and said that the report was emailed to the ************ after I called. I picked up a copy at the office and complained to the office manager. I said that it is absurd that no one can get back to me and that there was no way to call the office directly. Here response was that her phone did not ring.There was an issue with the test result and our primary doctor said to make an appointment with a specialist ASAP. In as much as this was Friday before Labor Day we cannot even make an appointment until Tuesday. We got an appointment for September 20.Rayus bought out DCA. DCA had a 1-2 day turnaround time. If Rayus is so backed up they should work on weekends to catch up.

      This company has got to be the worst for sending people to collections for no reason. I have been making payments monthly and they still sent me to collections. Not sure if the law has changed but if you make 3 payments for the same amount 3 months in a row, they cannot send you to collections. I will personally never ever go to this company again. I have been a patient at the ******* location for 3 years and when they switched to Rayus they will probably lose a lot of patients.

      *** machines are loud enough to cause hearing damage. I was only given ear buds to listen to music during the procedure. The *** machine was so loud that I couldn't hear the music. What is the point of giving me ear buds If I can't hear the music? Right after the procedure I felt sick and my ears were ringing loudly. I advised the technician that I was given insufficient hearing protection and that my ears were ringing. Got no response! I had mild tinnitus to begin with, but now the ringing is twice as bad, and this is two days later. I was given insufficient hearing protection. Unbelievable that they don't know any better! Also, I called to complain and was told the regional manager would cantact me. Never got a call!

      I recently had an appointment for an ultrasound, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The ultrasound tech, ******************, was incredibly rude and aggressive from the beginning. I was already worried about getting the test done, but her attitude only added to my stress and anxiety.To make matters worse, ******* even complained that she didn't have time to deal with patients. Her lack of compassion and understanding was appalling, and her words made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care.I came to the clinic expecting professionalism and empathy, especially in such a sensitive situation, but I was met with coldness and disdain. *******'s behavior was entirely inappropriate, and I would strongly advise others to request a different technician if they find themselves in a similar situation.I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received. The last thing you want when you're worried about a medical test is to be treated with such disrespect. Unfortunately, my experience with ****************** was exactly that, and I hope others can avoid the same horrible experience.
