      I tried to get my check, but the service they offer is nonexistent. I purchased the instant funds option but was denied on random according to the Customer Service agent. He told me I couldn’t use my bankcard (VISA) and I would have to go to a check&cash loan service to receive the funds. I told him the reason why people want use their Service, is to not have to drive to a brink and mortar, he laughed at me. I ask him not to sell my information, he told me they couldn’t do anything about that . So, I asked him for their BBB information he hung up in my face. This company needs to be auditing for stealing and selling peoples information. If I could give the no star, I would.

      Customer service is literally non-existent. Ordered some checks on March 16th that never arrived. Called Deluxe on April 12, and the "customer service" options were to either order checks or track them nothing to address a missing delivery.
      I was referred back to Chase Bank despite having to order through Deluxe. 45 minutes later with and them speaking with Deluxe they wouldn't rush the checks or overnight them. Won't do business with them again.

      I have been a Deluxe customer in the past, but this most recent experience was terrible. I placed my order on March 2, 2023 and after at least 3 calls regarding the status of my order, I was informed that they finally shipped on April 3, 2023! Every time I called, they claimed there were delays due to an operations change, but none of the email confirmations I received included such a disclaimer. The day that I was calling to demand a refund is when I find out my order shipped.

      This company is a fraud and BBB should be ashamed of giving this company an A+. I received a check for $1710.00 out of the blue. I called them and after a 10 hour response they knew absolutely nothing and probably thought I was going to just deposit the check so later it would have cost me more problems. It’s clearly they are not running a seamless business and should be audited. Listen to me…. stay away from these vultures.

      Been a customer for several years. Started a new checking account at a different bank, and wanted to change which account I direct deposited my money to. You cannot view any of your banking account information on their webpage, not the name, last 4 digits of account number, nothing. You also cannot add a new bank account without submitting a ticket and waiting 2-3 WEEKS before being able to enter new information. You are also limited to ONE bank account in which you can send money to directly. I feel like they purposely hold your money hostage for an exaggerated amount of time. Fees are high, customer service is slow to non-existent, and the lack of control you have of where your own money goes is disturbing. I wouldn't recommend using this company for checking needs to my own worst enemy.

      This review is to note issues with customer service regarding the promotions division. On Jan. 12th I ordered calendars on sale for a donation to local nursing home. Since that time, there were issues with the calendar out of stock and then I was asked to select another item -- twice more I had to select a different calendar style because the items were out of stock. Today (10 days later), I received an email that the most recent style was out of stock as well. Also, each time I asked whether there would be a change in price there was no direct answer. I informed the rep that a donor gave funds for these calendars, so we have to be accountable to let them know what's going on. Before submitting an order for processing, they have to inform if something is out of stock. This experience delayed the process and I had to find another vendor for calendars. Although I had read other BBB reviews before the first order, I did not take heed and went ahead to give Deluxe a try. Very disappointed in their lag in response time and not getting clear answers about price when asked. I hope to be refunded for the order in a shorter time than 10 days.

      I used Aplus.net by Deluxe Corporation. They have worse-than-useless customer service.
      I contacted tech, billing, and customer support service to make sure I was cancelling an auto-renewal of my web hosting service.
      Their support team wrote to me explicitly saying that "no credit card information has been saved" for my account, and as such there would be no renewal charge. This was apparently not correct, since they did charge my "unsaved" card for a renewal even after my in-writing confirmation to the contrary.
      DO NOT!! DO NOT!! use this company.

      Of course Aplus.net can not find my account, because I cancelled the service. It took nearly 2 months to complete the cancelling process and Aplus.net still charged me on my credit card for a yearly renewal after that. I disputed the charges. I do not want to contact or use Deluxe Corporation service.

      They have a poorly communicated and very unusual policy of not allowing edits to the shipping address for orders after artwork is approved.

      Weve been ordering bill books for decades. Our last order was for 250 books. We didnt realize until you read the bottom that the $250 is for pages not books! So we got 5 books for $250! Very deceiving & 100% markup. What happened to this company? I cant even get in touch with customer service.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate in 2021 and 2019 the orders were for 80 books/4000 pages. For those orders there was a savings due to unit-based pricing for the large quantity orders. In addition, in 2019 the order had a promotion for 30% off. This most recent order is for just 5 books or a quantity of 250 pages and as a result the price per book is higher. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
