      Awful company no signs of professionalism here, seems as if they just hire anyone to work there!!! You can tell a lack of training from people speaking to you! WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

      I ordered a single set of checks for my Money Market Account. The last time I re-ordered checks for this account (several years ago) it was $5.00 - which was the exact amount that the bank told me the charge would be.Today I realized that Deluxe deducted $29.50 for one set of checks. When contacted, Deluxe said that they were in the right to charge $29.50 because it was not for a checking account. No one ever told me that the cost would be quadruple from what I was told it would be.I was baited into believing that the cost would be $5 then was charged $29.50. It is a bait and switch scheme that Deluxe is playing with their customers. The *** determined that bait and switch sales practices are unfair or deceptive trade practices, and violate the *** Act.

      Company charged premium price for 100 checks. They charged $18 for shipping. No checks in 10 days. Company says 3 weeks to get from **** to ************ **. They use no tracking numbers so financial data is free to steal. Company is a scam.

      I have been a customer for over 47 years ordering my checks through my bank. I recently ordered 250 business checks and was charged $158.00. I had ordered the same exact quantity and check type just one year ago and paid $73.00. That works out to an approximate 120% increase! When I called customer service the only response I received was how sorry the rep was but that was their current price. This is truly a case of price gouging and Chase bank should also accept blame for not policing their business partners interaction with their customers or alerting them of this increase before ordering. I will never order from this company again as paying 62 cents for each check is absolutely ridiculous!!

      Contacting customer service numbers are all not working and hangs up on you. Website entry form is not working. Email support and it says to call a number that is not available anywhere on the website. This company failed to give me customer support on my very first order and it took over an hour to get in touch with them after trying to contact with several phone numbers, website entry forms, and emails. I really hope i can order checks through a different company.

      This company is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service. I originally ordered packaging from bags and bows in 2019. I paid for a hot stamp and was told that I would only have to pay once for the stamp and just pay for my bags thereafter. That was a lie. They’re trying to make me pay another $260 for another stamp because they switched to another stamping place, which isn’t my fault. They rudely then told me all 3 styles of my bags are no longer available. This is a huge scam this company. Never order from Deluxe Bags and Bows Online.
