      I have been with Deluxe for over ten years. I am done. My last order came in and I still haven't received an invoice. I called and got two different replies. One saying they would email me the invoice, the other saying it takes up to two weeks to get an invoice. I truly hate change, but when quality and professionalism go to hell it's time to change direction.

      Their site is not clear as to how to log in. The site gives the impression that you need to enter routing and account info to log into your account. There is no place on the site to enter an order number to see your order status. The standard order does not include any tracking on check orders. If checks are ordered with standard delivery the only option if they do not arrive in a reasonable time is to cancel and reorder. There is no place on the site that I could find to cancel the order on my own. When calling in before even speaking to someone you have to enter your routing and account numbers. Their site and business are consumer-unfriendly at best and potentially predatory as banks will link to Deluxe as their preferred check vendor at worst.

      Ordered 3part invoices for my company and have for 12 years from Deluxe. Ordered recently from a very helpful associate over the phone, who applied all the discounts she found possible, saying my TOTAL would be $1,3xx.00. My invoice was $1,599.13, charged to my card. Upon calling to dispute, talked to 3 different people until I got the right person, who was rude and claimed I was asking for discounts in excess and must have been provided a QUOTE originally, so I played a recording of the original call with the representative who took my order. She still claims she heard 'ESTIMATE' in the call recording, which was absolutely not the case upon listening to the call. I was clearly given a TOTAL for my order with no claims otherwise. Basically called me a liar. Took my info to elevate the issue, saying someone would reach back out. That was 6 weeks ago, and no call back nor credit card adjustment.

      See my post below from 1/31/2024. I called and called. Still didn't get my money back. I ordered checks through my new bank, M&T, which uses Deluxe. I spent over $150.00. The checks that Deluxe sent me had the incorrect account number on them; a typo. All of my January 2024 payments were rejected because of this; including my mortgage payment. I've had services in my home shut off because of this issue. It's a major inconvenience that I'm still dealing with. My bank switched to M&T and when I reordered checks, I was brought to the Deluxe website. I was issued a new routing number and what I thought, was a new account number. Then M&T explained to me that the account number hadn't changed, only the routing number had changed. It was Deluxe that made the error by putting the incorrect account number on the checks I ordered. Please give me my money back for the checks (which are useless to me). I can see by the monthly reviews below that customer satisfaction isn't really a priority at Deluxe. Thanks for your time.       My previous orders from Deluxe Corp. provided checks in pads of 50 each. Now they only put 40 checks in each pad. But their re-order forms do not give customers this information. You only learn that you have been overcharged for less product after you receive your checks. The new 40-check pads are printed on heavier paper than the old 50-check pads were. So the pads feel as thick as before. But customers re-ordering receive 20% fewer checks than before. It's a blatant scam. The blurb that Deluxe Corp. sends with their checks says, "Your checks have a new look...environmentally friendly: consumes significantly less paper." Don't believe that blurb. The only possible reason there is LESS PAPER is that there there are 20% fewer checks in each order. But there's probably about the SAME VOLUME OF PAPER because each new check is appreciably thicker than the old checks. Maintaining the SAME VOLUME of paper is not environmentally friendly. Deluxe Corp. is a rip-off company. I will never re-order checks from them again, and I recommend that you order checks from one of their lower-cost competitors.

      I ordered checks online through my bank on February 18, 2024. Deluxe took the amount for the checks out of my account on February 27th. I called and spoke with Shavonne she asked me to give it till Saturday. Till this day, the checks are not here! My confirmation said the checks shipped out on February 19th. Something just don't seem right. Ordered checks on February 18th, Confirmation says shipped February 19th, but Deluxe take the money for the checks from my account on February 27th. March 10, 2024 still no checks! This situation has risen my BP, it's so frustrating! DELUXE you have to do better, too many reviews complaining the same situation.

      Nightmare experience. I ordered checks and made it clear that I needed them ASAP. Of course, they required more money to expedite the delivery. The checks were sent expedited delivery out on the 24th of October. I still haven't received them, Nov 3rd. I called every day this week and someone would say "Oh, you will have them tomorrow." They never arrived. I really, really needed them! Also, my bank, M&T apparently now has a policy that they won't print emergency checks anymore. I am bereft. Now they say my checks were lost in the mail. Who has them?? Where are they?? I am in tears, I really needed them by the 1st. I was assured over and over that I was being ridiculous and that they would arrive. Yesterday, a customer service person said he would overnight me checks and I would have them by Friday (too late). But when I went to M&T to try and get an emergency check they said that their notes indicated that I would not recieve the "overnight" replacement checks until November 6th. This has been a horrible experience. I really needed my checks but apparently they have been delivered to someone else, or not at all, who really knows? Not anyone at Deluxe. This has been awful.

      as a payee of a few companies that use this service i can tell you there has to be a better way. the whole print your own check opton is honestly classist in modern times as not everyone even owns a printer anymore. and if you want to direct deposit it's through a 3rd party so you have to pay fees to do so. so after you go to the library or where ever you go to find a printer you have to print multiple times in my case to get around the security which is nice they have security but you have to use the right apps with the righht permissions to get the routing numbers to show so now if you're paying per print thats extra fun. then you have to cut it exactly right and probably have a chat with customer service to jump through a bunch of hoops to jump through to get it to actually deposit. so yeah if you want to piss of your employees then this is great if not then maybe just do direct deposit or print actual checks.

      Customer service is non-existent. My order was weeks late, so I called and spoke to 3 different people who couldn't give me any answer more than a verbal shrugging emoji. All 3, including an alleged supervisor named Pam, said they would call me back with an update. Spoiler alert: none of them did. When I called back the next day, the agent I spoke to said Pam left a message updating my order, but to wait until I called back. Lazy, inconsiderate, worthless customer service.
