      This management company does not manage. They are absolutely terrible at communicating. It took 3 months to hear back from our property manager, despite multiple follow ups in the form of email and phone calls. When information is disseminated, impacting residents, such as water shut offs or major projects that impact living quarters, this information is communicated less than 24 hours before. For example, an email was sent out at 5 pm on a Friday for a major project with the use of caustic chemicals starting Monday morning at 7 am, leaving residents no time for follow up questions or to prepare for alternative living accommodations. Do NOT hire them.

      Absolutely horrible management company! Poor communication, cheating homeowners out of money, do not return calls, work orders incomplete for over 1 year, lawn and landscaping is horribly maintained!! Do NOT hire this management group!!

      We're so sorry to hear your frustration and understand no one like late fees. Unfortunately, when payments are mailed too close to the due date, they sometimes arrive past the deadline and a fee is incurred. While two late fees were indeed waived, the ********* did not choose to waive the other late fees. We know people often confuse what we control but we're only able to act under the board's guidance.

      As for work orders, we only show one that remains open which requested reseeding. Being that it's August and your community does not have irrigation, reseeding right now would neither be pragmatic or prudent.       My name is Olga Gerasimov I wasn't happy about Row Cal until this summer, but things had changed since they started the re roofing in our neighborhood. I had problem with leaking roof and Jason Grimm and Wace Mayeraan took care of it right away after my first call. Thank you very much for fast reaction on my problem. The second my Thank you to Dane Meyeraan for taken care of the problem with my skylights after the reroofing. He solve the problem perfectly fast and efficiently.

      Our building, Zilkr on the Park, is now managed by Rowcal Mgmt and Javier C is our senior property manager. Rowcal has been a pleasure to work with thus far but the real hero is Javier. Javier is the captain of our ship and he is always finding ways to better our community. He is communicative, friendly, responsive and reliable! Honestly, he is the best HOA manager I have ever worked with. He keeps the board on our toes and the staff all on point. Thank you to Rowcal and to Javier for making Zikr on the Park such a gem to call home! 5 stars!!!

      Do NOT use this company, do NOT buy a property managed by this company. They do NOT responced. As a customer I have left messages thru their online portal, I have left emails, I have left voicemails, I have even gone into their offices and one of their employees left a message for the location "manager" and never been contacted!

      They acquired our property management co. at the end of 2024. I setup autopay in December it looked successful (no error message during autopay setup). Apparently Autopay setup did not go through. I was walked through the portal again today by a rowcal representative, again my 1st autopay did not succeed without error message. The web portal needs alot of negative use case testing and design enhancements, and the company has to ownup late fees incurred by customers as a result of their system having these silent failures. The rep attitude is this is all customers fault, Clearly monopoly of HOA payment service by acquiring prior companies leave not much desire for a company to excel in product and services. If I could leave 0 star i would.

      My HVAC did not work from 05/23/2024. I gave them a call at that time. An agent pick up the phone, and she used 15 mins to figure out which location I was at. And then she told me I got the wrong number which is the exact number on my rowcal portal. Then she gave a number which was no one pick up. Second day morning (05/24/2024) I gave another call (the same number as before), another agent picked up the phone and told me she would contact the property manger, and got back to me soon. And nothing happens. In the second day afternoon, I made another phone call. Another agent picked up the phone and told me that the only thing he could do is create a ticket. And I asked him when I could get update? He told me that he did not know. And I asked him who response for this? He told me that he is responsible. And I asked how many tickets ahead me? He told me that he did not know. And I asked is there a est time for fix? He told again "I don't know"

      I live/ rent in a non HOA. And Rowcal sents repeated letters telling us we are in violation of article 2 section 1. Lorson Ranch neighborhood is not an HOA. And Rowcal needs to stop harassing the neighborhood

      They recently acquired our property management co. and have failed me at every interaction. Example. We had a dangerous situation occur, the emergency number was called, it was placed on hold for a full ten minutes then went to VM. The call was returned one week later. The message left acknowledged a week had lapsed. They have the culture where everyone acts like the "customer is the enemy, do as little as possible for them!"
