      Wow! Glad I read the reviews! I just thought, who else is holding their hand out wanting my hard earned money, SMH! Letter looks great and very legitimate; they almost got me. Now, it's $250! How can companies like this still be in business? Thanks everyone!

      SCAM. Sends a "notice" for LLC Statement Filing Renewal. Has the correct information about LLC statement filing and mimics government looking forms to trick you.

      SCAM!!! BEWARE! DO NOT PAY! THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED! Letter comes in the mail looking official and implies an urgency with a due date and scares you with all sorts of violations and citations listed that can happen (violations up to $10,000) if you don't pay them $295. Looks so official that I wouldn't be surprised if people really pay it, what a shame. What a rotten company. It is definitely not explained anywhere in the letter that it is an optional type of thing. The manual you are "buying" is free online. the letter head comes in the same format as letters you get from the *** and the state so they purposely make it look as if it's something you must pay for.

      Deceptive soliciting practices. Disgusting that they want to use urgency to trick people. Hopefully many will check here prior to paying 6 times the amount for their 'service' - which the document doesn't clearly state. I'm in ******** and it's C.P.S

      Just received an offical looking letter from C.P.S. This is a scam. The renewal of the Annual Certificate for LLCs can easily be processed on the ******** Secretary of State website for $25.00. It takes minutes to process and under no circumstances would I recommend paying anyone $150.00 for this service.

      C.P.S is not a government agency and does not have any validity in their business. They do not use words in their letters to businesses that informs them that they do not need the service, it would be an opt-in for money service. CPS uses fear driven vocabulary (i.e fines, penalty, hazards, death) and misleads the reader to believe that they need this service for their LLC. or they could face fines up to $7000 . This is exploitation of new to business individuals who are trying to start a business and are not educated yet on the logistics of starting a company.

      I received a letter from C. P. S. entitled: 2022-ANNUAL CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTION FORM, ******** LLCs It stated that I needed to filer my annual LLC forms. They wanted $125.00. I have always filed this myself for $25.00 They did almost fool me until I remembered filing this online with the ******** Secretary of State. They really do make it look legit.
