  When you get an "official" letter from this business, throw it straight into the garbage! This is an absolute scam trying to scare small businesses into sending money to them. They are a disgrace, AND the fact that nothing has been done about them is even worse!* Unfortunately, I had to leave them a one-star review; they do not even deserve that. What they deserve is to be put in jail.

  Since creating my businesses, I have been receiving compliance and statement of information requests from these jokers, looking to create confusion and payment by making their form, that they fill out using business information obtained from the Secretary of State business search website (to doubly make it appear official correspondence). Im certain they target mainly new business owners and elderly. You can send every piece of the mail you receive from these cons to the ********** Attorney General so they can handle it. Also email your representatives to request action be taken.

  I received a "Safety Plan Order Form" from C.P.S. with full details of my LLC company. It also had a "customer" ID number for my **********************. - I am NOT - nor will I ever be a customer of C.P.S. The letter issued warnings regarding OSHA compliance including "A fine of up to $10,000 and imprisonment of up to 6 months, or both shall be imposed". This is purely scaremongering to trick people into sending money. The letter demands $295.00 for a service that can be obtained on line from OSHA... for FREE!! BBB..please note: C.P.S. should be shut down. The letter is marketed as an official looking document. I dread to think how may people have become unwitting "customers" of this immoral company.

  I always thought I was a savvy business owner with zero chance of getting scammed but here I am. When your really busy operating your business then official looking documents can easily slip right by you. You want to make sure your keeping up to date with your bills, insurance, license, etc, that it can become overwhelming. These SCAMMERS sent a document about filing my annual business report. I sent a check for $160 last year and this year. FML. I had no idea I was already making payment online on the states website. WHATS EVEN MORE DISTURBING IS HOW THE **** CAN THIS COMPANY HAVE A B+ RATING WITH THE BBB. THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT HORRIFIC REVIEWS. THE BBB (In my opinion) is also horses+%_. My advice to anyone reading this10000 yrs ago we had to worry about animals eating us so we were constantly on alert.
