      The men that installed the doors was on time. They did a professional job, and they were polite and worked hard.

      They sold us a garden window manufactured by another company despite their claim that all windows are manufactured by them which was not disclosed to us. The garden window has unfinished wood interior. We believed that we purchased a finished vinyl window. They failed to give us vital information on the care of the window. They have agreed to pay for the wood to be finished but could not provide us information on how the wood should be finished. We contacted the actual manufacturer, Ventana USA, who was very helpful in providing us information, including that the wood should be finished within 10 days of installation. We paid $4,937 for the garden window and we are very disappointed with Thompson Creek.

      Thompson Creek renovation of my windows, siding, gutters with gutter guards, patio French doors and deck sliding door was so professionally done, materials upgraded the look of my traditional colonial home, and I am now getting lower cooling analysis from the electric company. The administration, project management and construction staff all showed the same customer support attitude. This made the process so much easier not being stressed and having questions answered promptly. Thanks Thompson Creek.

      Company representative was extremely helpful during in home consultation. Installation was canceled/rescheduled twice, but very happy with finished product. Installation crew was professional and did a great job.

      I would definitely do some research on other companies before contracting with TC. Also I was told I would receive my deposit refund within 7 business days....however I canceled the very next day! Why would it take that long to get my refund? Their customer service is not great if are not doing business with them. I keep getting the run around about my refund! I would not recommend this company at all!

      We had a sliding glass store installed in 2013. We chose this company because of their reputation. What a mistake. It was installed improperly and it floods in the track and has damaged the frame on the inside of our home. There is noticeable water damage because of this and the frame is rotting. We've asked repeatedly for Thompson Creek to fix this. They have not. One of the numerous reasons our sliding glass door is leaking is that they did not caulk or install flashing. After seven calls, they stated that they would send us an email of the repairs they're supposed to make. They haven't done this either. In addition to all of this, they did terrible damage to our drywall and haven't repaired this either. We can't express our disgust and frustration enough. I never post reviews like this one but I really don't know what to do at this point except warn other people. Don't do business with this company. They're horrendous.

      We purchased 30 windows, the windows were promised in January, they arrived in January but were the wrong size, the windows were measured incorrectly, they were suppose to he reorder priority. I called in March and the windows were just ordered in March, not January like I was told. They promised me they would adjust our price to offset the inconveniences. The windows weren't installed until May. After the windows were installed they presented me with an invoice over $60,000 when they finished. I anticipated an invoice less than $30k and was hoping they'd reduce that based on conversations with the project manager. The project manager was out the day of the installation but the billing people were able to correct the invoice to our originally agreed upon invoice but made no adjustments for our inconvenience. The technician insisted he was to be paid the balance. We paid the balance and I called the project manager when she returned. After spending an hour on the phone with her she agreed to send me a check for $410, less than 1% of the total cost. Please don't believe a word unless its in writing. They continually lied and misled me.

      For just about two weeks now i have been trying to get in touch with the service department for a warranty call. The main number routes you to a queue where you can hold or choose to press ) for a call back. I've called at least 7 times at this point, waiting for over an hour twice with no one picking up and press the 0 option each time. I have yet to receive a call back on either my cell or home number. I finally called on a Saturday and had a sales associate answer - she was very helpful but explained thee service department was closed. She sent an email (forwarded to me) sharing my concerns, callback information and marked it as a ASAP call back - still not call. Yesterday i actually had the service department answer a call where the person informed me that the earliest availability for a service call would not be until August. When i kindly asked for a manager as i thought that amount of time was too long i was told that the manager was not available. This service associate told me she would reach out to the project coordinators and call me back. I asked several times to ensure i would be called back same day and i was assured yes. Well today is the next day, i have yet to receive a call back, have no service scheduled and am back to phone queue purgatory with me waiting another hour with no pickup and pressing 0 with an assumed no callback. They sell a lifetime warranty but getting through to someone and getting is scheduled is almost impossible.
