  Excellent work. I observed the work of Francisco, the lead installer of our new windows and slide door. First-rate, professional work. The windows and door look great. There were several delays of installation of our front entry door, because of supply chain issues, but our project coordinator, Donny, helped us tremendously to work through several timing conflicts. Great job.

  I had a sliding glass door, an entry door, and a storm door installed. Throughout the entire process, from getting the original quote to the installation, I found Thompson Creek to be very professional and informative. They came on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. I would definitely hire this company again.

  STAY AWAY FROM THOMPSON CREEK!
  While I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, it is only to my dismay, and total disappointment, Thompson Creek is not what one would think.
  I started this process back in February 2022, understanding the production, etc., I never thought it would take me to November for completion, but not without it being problematic from start to finish. I had the windows for my sunroom measured not once, not twice but FOUR times only to have them delivered and still not to measurement. I asked for the first same crew to return, because they knew my concerns... that didn't happen..... The next crew came, and broke items, not paying attention to detail, it went from two installers to 4 installers for less windows? and still unable to install the last set of windows because they didn't have the right size. The next installment the crew came and the windows were not aligned, one was longer than the other, and not until i mentioned the windows were not properly aligned they had to call it in again for measurements to be made, and had to wait again for the production line for my windows - yet I was told it would be expedited.
  It appears none of my concerns were never documented, or they are not using a database that "truly track" an order from cradle to grave. so I was always starting from the beginning with a new project manager, and never able to get a "real Live Supervisor" UNBELIEVABLE!
  I recommend to stay as far away from them as possible. This is what this forum is for, and in hopes that BBB would be certain to discuss their business practices. Whatever they put their reputation on, please DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY AGAINST IT !! TOTALLY DIS-SATIFIED....

  Got windows and new sliding door and front entry door. Project was delayed several months due to supply chain. Communication with project coordinators during this process was poor. There seemed to be turn over from that stand point because it was hard to get a person to return your phone calls and it was always a different person once you did get someone on the line.
  To this day, we have not received the correct hardware for the storm door that was installed.
  Overall, satisfied with install team and product (minus the hardware for the storm door)

  Excellent Experience from start to finish. Professional staff from receptionist to sales rep, to guy measuring sliding glass door, to set up for project, to clean up after project. Professional skilled carpenters did a very thorough job. Answered all my questions along the way. Worked 4 hours nonstop to complete project. Will definitely consult with Thompson Creek on future projects.

  The project was delayed and no one called until the day before they were supposed to arrive - after we had ordered weeks ago! The installers were not familiar with the product and told us they had never installed this model while referring to the manual and YouTube videos for how-to. What should have been a one day job turned into three long days. They made us feel we had to tip them because they kept saying they were missing jobs and “doing us a favor”. Lastly, they left a big MESS behind. Dust and debris all over the bathroom walls counter and floors, a leaky handheld shower sprayer, drill holes in the exposed metal bar, and gouges and handprints all over the bathroom walls.

  I was very pleased with my experience with Thompson Creek. The job was completed on time. The installers did an excellent job with everything - installation , prep and cleanup.

  The contractors I had previously used for my severely leaking box window on my townhouse KNEW exactly what the problem was, charging me hundreds. It still leaked after their "fix". In desperation I contacted Thompson Creek. They initially said I needed a new bay window but then said just a new window and leak repair/fix would correct problem. The inside repair work was going to be fine tuned accordingly. Hurricane Ian hit and new window/repair work still leaked after almost $5,000 paid to them. I called back and was told my gutters were the problem. i had those "cleaned" (man said they were not clogged). Window still leaks. I called Thompson Creek. No one has called back and follow up touchup work never happened. Aren't you ashamed? I am a single retired woman who paid you in full in good faith. I experienced a "hit and run" by your company. I probably didn't even NEED your $5,000 (almost) window. Humiliated and disgusted.
