  We ordered gutters from Thompson Creek in January, 2022 and were told they would be installed in six weeks. After six weeks, we were told that they forgot to put us on the list and then scheduled and rescheduled us several more times. Finally in May they partially installed the gutters and then left. After numerous phone calls, the gutters were finally completed IN JUNE! They do not return phone calls, have poor customer service and give numerous excuses. I would not recommend this company for any services they offer.

  In September 2020, Thompson Creek replaced three windows and a sliding glass door in our house. We spent $7,464 and we were pleased with the product and the installation. Today, I called Thompson Creek to get information on how to lift out the movable sliding glass door, in order to provide a few more inches of opening width to allow us to move a new refrigerator into the house and the old one out. This should be a very simple question. We have lifted out other sliding glass doors before. But after studying our door, we were not able to lift it out. I imagine there is some trick to it. After being placed on hold for approximately an hour, I was told that Thompson Creek did not provide verbal or physical help to remove this door. I offered to pay for a service call to have their installers come and help us. The girl just repeated, “We do not provide this service.” I was also told that if anyone dismantled the door, it would cancel the warranty. In other words, Thompson Creek will not provide the service, and they will not permit anyone else to provide the service! It is hard to believe that is really Thompson Creek’s policy, so I asked to speak to her manager. After waiting for the manager for 30 minutes, the manager promptly hung up on me. I called Thompson Creek one more time to give them another chance. I spoke to Alexis at 240.623.5634 and explained the problem again. She said she would have Amanda Huback or Jose call me. I explained that my patience with Thompson Creek was already running out, and I was ready to file a complaint with the BBB. She assured me that I would get a call. I told Alexis that if I did not hear from Amanda or Jose within an hour, I planned to file a complaint. I have waited 8 hours now, and no one has called. In summary, Thompson Creek failed to provide basic service on their product, and they also failed to provide any reasonable customer service or even basic telephone courtesy.

  Job was beautifully done on time and very professionally. Very happy with the service and the craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend.
