I bought two windows for my living room to replace original ones (1998 vintage) that were really shot. The entire process was easy and satisfying from start to finish. The sales visit and the subsequent project manager visit were on time and productive. The installation process was flawless: the installers arrived early in the estimated window of time, handled the installation in the time estimated or sooner, moving through it without a wasted move and with precision and professionalism. The results are beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be replacing more of my old windows over time and will absolutely call Thompson Creek when I'm ready. Thanks!Review fromPamela M

Big mistake contracting them. The workers were 4 hours late the first day. A one-day install took three days. They punched a hole in the wall into another room. The tub spout was not caulked and the first time it was used, water ran inside the wall into the basement. We now have a problem with rust coming from behind the grab bar. Two people from Thompson Creek have looked at it. Someone was supposed to come Thursday to replace it. No one came and Thompson Creek will not return calls. We have had Thompson Creek Window Company work on the windows in my house twice. We were so impressed with every aspect of this company, we had them complete the entire house. The team, from the office staff to the installers, are so professional and helpful. In the office, Ms. A*******, kept me up to date with all the arrangements and answered all of my questions. The sales person and installers are so efficient with the measuring (several times), prepping the areas for work, and completing every step of the install. There aren't enough words to describe how pleased we are with Thompson Creek. Our Entry Doors & Storm Doors were the 3rd job that they did for us; we've also had Windows, & Gutters done as well in the Past, & received the same great Service then too! From the Sales person, Customer Rep, & the actual men who did the Installation, we were treated so well! They were Professionals who Treated our Home like it was their own, putting down Runners on the Carpet, as well as Cleaning up before they left after finishing the job. The few Snags that popped up were handled immediately, with no Issues what so ever! We received Professional, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Service from Start to Finish. Thompson Creek is a well organized company that made my window installation a success. Peter K*** their factory rep. came and explained their Product. The next person was Mary W**** who is the designated project success coordinator. There was also an on-site manger who not only checked measurements, bur comes out on the day of the installation.Two licensed contractors Kevin and Mike did the actual installation. I would highly recommend this very professional company. They installed my window as if they were placing it in their own homes.Thompson Creek Window Company
