      The technicians installing our doors were courteous and amazing.They did not leave the job until it was completely to our satisfaction and any concerns or questions answered. We also have been so pleased with Chant"e Thompson as coordinator. She was always willing to answer questions and so friendly with a smile in her voice.Also thanks to **** for giving us all the information for selections and then to ***** for stopping by to check on things during installation.We are so happy with Thompson Creek. We alread had windows and gutters so we are thrilled.

      0 Stars!Short Story: Find another contractor Long Story:*20 MAY- *** with estimator for installation of 3 doors and made down payment using our joint checking account.*22 MAY- **** installation appt for 11JUN.*7JUN- Received contract. Spoke with "Customer Success Coordinator" and told them that we would be using our Home Equity Line of credit to settle the balance and NOT our joint checking account.******- Took off work and rearranged house for installation. No one showed up. Called every customer service phone number available. No answer. Later that evening, TC called saying there was "a computer virus" and would call to reschedule within 72 hours.*18JUN- (A WEEK LATER) TC called to reschedule installation for 27JUN.*27JUN- Installation date. Spoke with "Customer Success Coordinator" again and indicated we would have a check for the account balance from our Home Equity Line of Credit AND NOT our Joint Checking Account.******- Later that evening noticed a gap in the seal on one of the doors. Called to have it rectified. *28JUN- TC came to check the faulty door installation and rescheduled for 23JUL or sooner for door replacement or repair.*29JUN- WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND BEFORE WORK WAS COMPLETED, account balance withdrawn from our Joint Checking account. Had to scramble to prevent overdraft charges.*7JUL- No updates since 29JUN. TC requests to submit a review, which I did - listing the issues up to this point (which was evidently ignored). We continue to pump AC into the great outdoors through the gap in our door. *11JUL- TC leaves message to post a ****** Review.*23JUL- TC returns to "repair" the door and after it still has a gap.I am done. Will have to repair myself or hire another contractor.

      If i could give these guys a negative number i would. Their windows are not cheap and 1 month into the install the windows are sticking, do not lock and the tech was filing away pieces. I wont even start with the install debacles (plural). And to top it off i get a message to get my feedback. The call back number says they work Monday to Friday until 5. At 4:30 the message suggests they are gone for the day. This is a Mickey ***** operation. Either spend more and get a better quality windows or better yet, spend less and it may still be an improvement. Run don't walk from these guys!!

      I'm reaching out to address the concerns you've raised regarding your window service.

      Firstly, please be assured that we stand firmly behind the quality of our windows and the warranties we offer to our valued customers. ***************************************** is committed to addressing any manufacturing defects or installation issues promptly and professionally.

      During our recent visit to your home on 7/16,our Project Manager identified an issue with the tilt latch on your window. The latch was longer than standard specifications indicate and thus affecting the operation of the window sash. The latch was adjusted to reduce its length and prevent it from catching on the window frame. This adjustment does not compromise the window's integrity or its functionality. However, if you believe the issue persists or was not properly resolved, we are more than willing to schedule a follow-up appointment to perform another assessment.

      Regarding your concerns pursuant to our hours of operation, please note that although our service phones close at 4:00 pm, our team continues working until 5:00 pm. I have discussed this discrepancy with my supervisor, who is in contact with the marketing department to update the prompt and ensure that accurate information is provided to our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

      Lastly, on behalf of Thompson Creek, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the multiple installation issues that you have experienced. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will be used to enhance our processes and improve our service delivery going forward.

      I have been trying to get my window fixed I have called and they still have the covid recording sorry covid is no longer a nation wide problem. It will not not let you leave a message this company is a joke sorry I had my windows done by you. Screens need replaced also I was pleased when they first put them in but when I need a repair no one will call you back.

      One point of note, we did experience a company-wide network outage that kept us from receiving customer communication. This issue lasted for approximately 10 days. I am unsure if this was during the time that you were attempting to contact us but it was quite pervasive.

      Not an A+ company. Had a salesman, ****, come to our home for a quote to replace windows, siding, 2 sliding doors, gutters and roofing.we came to an agreement on product, color, and cost. We were approved for financing and an appointment for final measurements was set. The day of measurements they were a no show, I contacted them and was told they had computer/server issues and we needed to reschedule. On the day of final measurements, ******, told us the lower and side soffit, and the 2 rear gutter drains had not been included. When ****** came inside to measure windows we learned that windows were not a total replacement and we would be losing about 4 inches of overall window. My husband asked if the windows would be code compliant for egress the ******* was unsure. My husband looked up the Maryland State Code and the windows were not in code. According to the ******* we could change to double hung windows, for a higher cost, and we should be within code. We canceled our contract with Thompson Creek due to misinformation/lack of information from the salesman failure to meet code, and our families safety not being a priority for Thompson Creek. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

      From the first meeting to installation of the final product, it was a wonderful experience. The windows are beautiful. Everyone involved from the company was top-notch. Highly recommend Thompson Creek for replacement windows. ****** F

      I had my patio door and three other windows installed.I'm so dissapointed. The air comes through both the patio door and windows. The cold air is worse than te air coming from the old widows.Thompso Creek sent two representatives to examine. Told me they could not find anything wrong.

      **************The main reason, I wanted to have my door replaced was due to water leaking years ago. The day of the install by Thompson Creek, I watched them take out the old door and noticed the discoloration of the internal house frame (stud and header) and the brittleness of the wood. Despite my concern the installation continued and I was told it should be fine. As the years went on it was clear that it was not fine. The issue is that Thompson Creek installed their product in an unsecure frame. Over the years, the issue has cause warping of their external frame and storm door. When presenting them with the issue, I'm being asked to pay for something that should have been addressed when I first made the statement of concern. So much for Thompson Creek warranty. How can Thompson Creek stand by their product when they don't install it properly and in an unsecure frame? I should not have to pay for a Thompson Creek mistake. Thompson Creek doesn't understand the meaning of integrity. My next To add to the existing issue, they sent out installers to replace the frame about a month ago and did a horrible job. Yet again, they installed a product onto an unsecure frame. My front door is now very difficult to close and on rainy days I have to body slam it to close it (probably due to the door not being squared). The storm door has gap between the new frame and the hinges. It too seems like it's not centered/squared. Then Thompson Creek sent out a third-party contractor to evaluate the situation (Moz Contractors LLC), who agree with me about the damage and the that it was over years. I showed him pictures of it over the years. It was obviously absurd to the contractor. The product is not worth the money if your installers can't do the job properly. Thompson Creek should be ashamed at the quality of work and services they have provided me over the years. The work is subpar and unsafe. I will continue to warn people/media.
