      This horrible I needed to print some important papers from the library and they had this machine on the copier the librarian to me that they only take debit or credit and I said fine then she told me it was going to have a 10.00 dollar hold and I would get it right back so I didn't think about cause I needed those papers and each copy were 15 cent and I made 3 copies well it going on the 3rd day and I have not had my 10.00 returned back to my card this is ridiculous holding my money for 15 cent is crazy please don't use this vendor if you see this attached to it so now I'm fighting to get my 10.00 back but the company doesn't have a real customer support

      Customer service is non existent ! I have emailed, left number in the queue, alerts from my machines and you get nothing. My machine was down and I sent service request and three months later someone emailed me asking for more information for my issue. What a joke, hours and hours on hold and nobody picks up. Do not, Do not use them!

      I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at Nayax for more than 2 months. I purchased a credit card reader from them and it has been inactive for over two months. My vending machine location is losing money. The employees of the location have been complaining and I have not been able to do anything about it because no one will answer the phones at Nayax, answer emails at Nayax, return calls at Nayax.
      This is by fa the worst customer service experience I have ever had. There is no avenue to resolve this issue. I rarely ever complain about almost anything. But this is starting to hurt my business. Nayax needs to make this right with customers like myself and refund us for these inactive card readers.
      I do not reccomend ever using this company.

      I have been working with Nayax for less than 6 months now on some vending machines that I own. While the product works fine, the customer service (if you can laughably call it that) is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced and has cost me time and money.
      On a few occasions now, I have put a request for service in and it takes a minimum of two weeks for a response. When you call and have your number put in the queue for a return call, the chances are low you even receive a call back.
      I have had a request in since May 30 to deactivate some devices and have yet to hear. This is costing me money every day to have them activated and not in service. I cannot get an email or a call back from them. Going on the 3rd week now and based on my previous tickets, will be another 2-3 weeks before I hear anything if at all.
      If you are reading this and are contemplating using them - RUN - use any other product. This is not worth the stress or fight. So frustrated! I am only giving them 1 of 5 stars because I have to put a minimum of 1.

      They are horrible to work with, If you work with NAYAX than you are putting the nail in your businesses coffin. Its an absolute nightmare to get ride of them because unfortunately you need them to answer their phone to get anything done and they will NOT ANSWER, EVER!!! Their readers frequently show up with problems and you can't switch them out unless... you guessed it, they answer their phones which they won't. I have had to file several complaints with the better business bureau against them just to get basic questions answered. You would be better off not excepting credit cards than working with NAYAX. Don't be a dummy, work with someone else. Good Luck.

      I had to wait nearly 2 months to get setup in their system after providing them with all needed information.
      After setup, I cannot find out inside their webpage how to add products for my vending machine. NEar impossible to get to someone to talk to.
      Use any other company than this one.

      The customer service is so frustrating. No one ever picks up and you have to be on hold for over an hour for the operator to eventually just hang up on you. You get lucky if someone calls you back if you place yourself on the queue call back list. I am moving over to another company card reader for my vending machines and definitely not looking forward going through the process of canceling my service because imagen customer service when you are in favor of their products, imagen how it will be when you cancel it.

      We started the process to get our Nayax card reader going on March 23rd. After multiple days of calling and requesting callbacks from different employees' phones (as using my phone after the first time will not get a response) we still have not heard back from anyone at the company. I have spoke with a representative 3 times after submitting required forms and waiting over 10 days each time and the response I have received each time is that they don't know why our latest docs haven't been processed and then they fix it and get me to the next step that requires another 10 day wait. The last time I spoke to someone, I requested a direct email contact as it takes days with multiple people requesting callbacks to hear from anyone, but we have not received any response to two different emails asking what the hold up is now. Everything has been submitted, I don't know what we could possibly be waiting on now. I am ASTONISHED at how BAD their customer service is!

      Had a reader installed in a vending machine. Took 10 business days just to get the application, another 10 days to find out it was approved, advised it would be another 10 business days before we'd get an email for back end management so we can start actually using the device. Been almost a month since we were approved, no follow up, on hold for hours on end, no email response. Just unbelievable that with so much growth as is being touted online, they couldn't figure out a way to actually get people with card readers sorted out. I'm extremely disappointed so far, and if anyone ever actually does reach out to let me know what the status is on my account getting set up, then I'll come back and write a review on how long it takes to start receiving payments. The email saying my application was approved mentioned it could take 3 weeks before seeing payments to the account. They really need to work out these issues.

      I received my machine with a nayax reader on it. I supposedly filled out all information, but I’m still waiting, and it’s been A MONTH. Money is just sitting there in my machine collecting dust, because nayax is super slow. Literally the worst customer service ever. I stayed on hold on their phone lines TWICE for more than an hour. No response. Emailed. No response. What does one do, when a company like this chooses to ignore their customers???
