      Customer service is awful, especially on boarding and transfers. You would think they would prioritize set up, but they most definitely do not.

      They charged 10.00 for a bag of ice that I still didn't receive. They need to stop ripping people the **** off. I want my **** money and I'm going to rip that ****ing machine down.

      Made a purchase at a vending machine and my product wouldn’t come out tried to get a refund and can’t contact the company because they have no customer service they just steal money from people . Horrible service

      The Nayax hardware and web management system is pretty good. Unfortunately it all falls apart with sales and support. Support is basically non-existent. Wait times of hours is not uncommon. Some support agents are good, but most are not helpful or knowledgeable. Some are downright rude. The only good channel for support are some Facebook groups where you can get help from peers. Sales will just tell you want you want to hear, and will ignore or defer any hard questions. Overall, I would recommend staying away from Nayax. They don't value your business, and make it very clear in the way customers are treated.

      This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I sit on hold for hours at a time. I have zero idea how to use your over complicated dashboards and you have no adult learning contact available. Their university tutorial lacks any videos that actually work on u-tube. Not every adult learns by reading through hours of information. I have yet to receive any of my money from you and your finance team NEVER returns my call. I only have 3 units with 1 presently in use but I just received a bill for 3 active units.
      WARNING TO ANYONE WHO USES THIS SERVICE. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

      Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We have tried to link our 500$ card readers to our bank account since August 18th of 2023 it is now October 6th 2023 and we still dint have access to our money that they are holding. They keep making up excuses as to why they will not complete the KYC process when we have provided all the information they have asked for. DO NOT use this company fir your credit card machine needs

      WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER (if they even have any). They do not process your weekly payments I have been waitin for a 2weeks for my payment to come in. Can’t contact them or anything no one answers or your on wait for hours n still no answer. This company is by far the worst PLEASE GO WITH ********** I regretted not using them again because I wanted to try nayax. Jus ordered my 2nd ********** card reader they are literally the best At everything great customer service over the top experience with them all around I have been using them for 2 years n regret even trying to test our nayax. NEVER Again!! 2023

      Nayax has Terrible customer service. We are trying to start/complete transfer of device and we have not heard anything back from them. It’s been a month. The previous owner continues to get paid and the transfer was started on his part.
