This company is excellent!! WHY? Because they make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the product and installation. They are very professional and personable. These characteristics helps the customer build a trusting relationship with them.

Terrific customer service, great products, fair pricing and flawless installation - Michael showed us a number of different Luxury Vinyl Plank options and Shawn brought the samples to our home when he came to do the measurements. After we selected the LVP we wanted, Michael reviewed how the old flooring (carpet, sheet vinyl and laminate flooring) would be removed and the installation process of the new LVP. He also reviewed warranty and maintenance of the product with us. The installation crew was right on time and in less than 2 days, the old flooring was removed and the new LVP flooring and trim was in. The crew did a very good job cleaning up and moving all the furniture back to it's original position. This is the second time we have had Vertical Connection Carpet One install new flooring in our home and as usual it was done in the most professional manner from start to finish, we highly recommend them!The Vertical Connection Carpet One

We were thrilled from start to finish working with the Vertical Connection to have wood flooring installed and one wood floor replaced in our home. Everyone we dealt with was responsive and helpful, they are a great team in every sense of the word and the results are fabulous! We love our gorgeous oak floors. The two incredibly hard working installers completed our project, 5 rooms and a hallway in 2 days, as promised. They were punctual, polite and took great care of our property while working and after the job was completed. Vertical Connection guarantees you will be happy with your purchase and they did not disappoint! We highly recommend Vertical Connection for all your flooring needs!The Vertical Connection Carpet One

Everyone I dealt with at Vertical Connection was top-notch. I wish I could remember their names. From the woman who came to my home to measure for the carpet and wood blinds.
