Very good at communication..the two men who laid the carpet showed up promptly and were exceptional at their craft. They were replacing three rooms plus a few closets of very old carpet/padding with new carpeting and worked straight through without a break until job was finished…we are very happy with the workmanship and their attention to detail…highly recommend

We have gotten all of our flooring for the past 25 years (plus) from the Verticle Connection/carpet one. Every experience has been top-notch. They’re honest, professional, and take the time to make sure that we have just what we need and want. They do everything possible to make the entire experience anlways leaves us feeling good about our choices and in our decision to hire them. They have installed just about every type of flooring over the years, through all of the properties that we have owned and even our commercial properties. The Vertical Connection did outstanding work on carpeting our stairs. The carpet was of the highest quality. The workmen were highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and cleaned up when their work was completed leaving a very happy customer! I purchased carpet for my master suite from The Vertical Connection and the process was amazing from start to finish. My sales person, Stephanie, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product, she made the buying process super easy. The installation team did a great job, they were very easy to work with, professional and they had me check to make sure they had put all my furniture back in place before leaving. My wife and I are ecstatic with the work from Vertical Connection. Everyone we dealt with from the salesperson, to the scheduler to the crew was professional, helpful and communicative. The finished product stands for itself, but the process being an A+ too was very welcome. We had an unexpected surprise of some wood being hidden under our carpet. The team called me immediately, adjusted the job and saved me money! I recommend vertical connection to anyone who wants beautiful floors and a pleasant experience.
