From the initial walk in to the install, our experience with the Vertical Connection has been great. Steven was really personable, helpful and not your "typical salesman" as he guided us through the first phases. Scheduling was easy and quick and Walter and crew did a great job with the install. We love our new carpets. It is high quality material at a very fair package price. Our only recommendation would be for the installers to use a magnet in cleanup to detect sttay staples as we found a few in the days after initial install. However, when we informed a rep after a followup call they were very responsive and offered to come check the work. That was very much appreciated. We will certainly return to Vertical Connection first for future projects.

From getting a quote, to John seeing us at the store, showing us the material, to getting the flooring installed, everything was perfect. We were referred by a family friend, and they were the 3rd company we went to. I will never go anywhere else again. We are in love with the floors they installed, and we love the pricing they gave us. It wasn't the lowest, but you get what you pay for. They are a local owned business, so I know who to call if I have any issues, and I don't have to wait on hold with some 1-800 number. Very patient, knowledgable and helpful sales staff. Outstanding install coordination throughout the project. We had both hardwood and carpet installed in different areas of the house. 2 separate install crews on 2 different days. Both crews were top-notch, professional and very easy to work with. We moved into a 125 year old house with insidious carpet and pulled it back to reveal plywood screwed into tongue-and-groove heart pine flooring - complete with holes, damaged sections, missing cut outs, damaged areas from previous walls, loose boards … the works. One estimator used the word “nightmare” at least three times. Another quoted us for covering it all with new floor, over two to three times the budgeted amount. The folks from Vertical Connection understood our vision to keep the character and history of the house and saw an opportunity where others were discouraged. John, Max, Vikki, and the whole crew were incredible to work with, from the first call to the final walk through. They gave us plenty of options but also a ton of guidance and issued a fast estimate and somehow an even faster project completion. The floors, as recognized by Vertical Connection, turned out beautiful - some of the old damaged spots are almost impossible to find even when looking for them. The floors have been the first thing people notice they walk into the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone; they see beauty and possibility where others can’t.The Vertical Connection Carpet One
