      Asking for total refund of $445.58 for an excursion in ****** the 3th of May with local tour operator ******************* for been a fake. Most of the package offer in the excursion was not complied.. We made the visit to the ******************** and the ************ by our self; no profesional guide, no audio equipment provided, no tickets for the ************, it was a dissatisfied and an anxiety moment and very disappointed. Request a total refund for this fake excursion.

      This company is absolutely horrible. I paid almost $700 for an experience that I showed up for and no one was even there to facilitate the tour. Additionally, I paid $200 for train tickets to get to this destination. I am very, very upset I reached out to Viator to see if they could provide some kind of refund or reimbursement and they refused.I then reached out to my credit card company to dispute. I heard back from Viator and they are now threatening to send me to collections What a horrible company. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know how my experience was.

      I booked a combo ***/Clear Boat Ride / Snorkel and lunch excursion in ******* through Viator. The pictures of the *** riders clearly show the ride going along an area with the ******* clear beach water beside them. This was not the case!! We drove through a rock quarry which was also literally a DUMP! There were large trash piles, which looked to be brought in by dump/garbage trucks, throughout the quarry. There were broken down, rusted out vehicles, tires, furniture and all types of things you would find in a dump. There were backhoes, land excavators, and dump trucks moving the ground that we had to stop to let pass. When I contacted Viator after our excursion, they stated they were sorry, but they would not issue a refund. The *** ride was a complete scam. It was my birthday and I thought it would be my last, as the ride was very bumpy and dangerous. I was all too thankful when we returned to the home base.

      My daughter is in a wheelchair, so I paid top dollar for an elevator tour so she could see ****************. After meeting the tour at the appointed time, they said they cant take us on the tour because of her wheelchair. The tour leader said they would cancel our tour and refund our money, what a lie! We went on our own, and took the elevator up **************** with no problems. Called Viator to confirm that we would be getting a refund, and it was denied. Viator is a scam, stay well away from these jokers.

      It is NOT the best company to buy a tour. I purchased an excursion in ************. Tour Operator (TO) never showed up. I wasted hours on my last day of vacation. My hotel called many times to Tour ****************** but no one answered, and phone went into voice mail. I spent hours on WhatsApp with VIATOR customer service, and they were helpless. Finally, after hours of wait, VIATOR **************** on WhatsApp said nothing they can be done about it.Once I returned home, I contacted VIATOR customer support and opened a case. I had to follow up after every two weeks. Each I called I was told my Issue is getting review by ***************** They never told me who is that higher authority. I requested if VIATOR provide me some credit for future tours or excursions, which I would use in future travel. After a while VIATOR Only Refunded my original ticket cost. I was told Higher Level Support cannot speak to general public and I was never allowed to speak to anyone for the waste of my 1/2 day during my precious time on vacation day. **************** personnel told me Nothing can be done beside refunding me the cost, and I do not have to buy in future with VIATOR. I was further told that Higher Level customer support people do not care to talk to me. I will not suggest this company due to my bad customer experience.

      We purchased non-refundable tour on Lower Antelope Canyon and when we were in the check-in line, they just cancelled the tour. We have been told to contact the travel agent shown on the voucher to reschedule the trip and we called for whole day without anyone answering our phone.In the end, we called and wrote e-mail to Viator to request for re-schedule next day's trip.And they told us the trip is not cancelled and they can't proceed the refund and ask us to show the proof like the written note from that local company cancelling that trip. We had asked ************* to provide the written note earlier but they refused to give us and closed the door. Also, it is Viator.com should send us the cancellation note and they did not provide whole day on April 5th.And in the end, we need to go to the police station to file incident case number which they said they do not honor the report the police filed to refund us.So they ruin our trip without helping to arrange the other day's tour and we lose a lot on the gas, and two night's hotel in Page.Do not order through Viator.com. Be aware of this since they will claim it is non-refundable tour and even ask you to proof that they cancel the trip from their end when you were already there to join the tour.

      Don't book here, they are scammers. Even though we arrived at the place, it was impossible to take the tour due to a strong storm, it continued to rain for more than 6 hours. They took our money for a service they never provided. Viator said the refund had to be issued by the tour operator and the tour operator that it had to be Viator. Then they said no, due to refund policies. Obviously it is cancellation due to force majeure.

      Never book with this company again.. I paid $169 for the ********************* tour which the operator was asking $80 for.. even after providing all the proofs, Viator doesn't price match and their Lowest Price Guarantee doesn't mean a thing.!Do not book with them... go to the tour operator websites and book from their website.!

      Do you want to deal with a company that promises you excellent service and don't deliver. Do you want to deal with a company that promises fool refund for horrible and life threatening experience and don't deliver. I don't advise.

      Booked an ***************** tour in *********. Description said nothing about age limits, we were denied entrance because of our 2 year old. Description of event even said "stroller accessible." Asked for a refund, they said no. Filed a chargeback with my bank and Viator refused to answer my bank, meaning I don't get the money back. Avoid this company at all costs!
