      I had been waiting for years to visit the *********************************** in **************. Ive had experience with Viator in the past so, didnt hesitate to book through them again.Previously, I had received reminder Emils, text messages and finally, phone calls when transportation was on the way. This time, didnt happen. So, I took an Uber from my hotel.When I arrived at the museum, I waited in line, like everyone else. Still no guide and no contact information for the guide. Even worse, when I got to the entrance to go in. I showed my Viator pass to the person checking tickets and was told that our tickets were invalid. Then security was called. The security person checked our tickets and informed us that these were UNAUTHORIZED and unacceptable. I have never been more embarrassed. I explained to security and the person who spoke to us originally, that I had traveled hundreds of miles to be here and thought that I was purchasing valid tickets. Luckily, the two of them sympathized with us and granted us entrance.Afterwards, I contacted Viator, told them of my experience and requested a refund. I was denied. Never again.

      I booked a catamaran tour on Viator and was excited to go. Sadly, the third-party tour operator, Amigo Tours did not contact me until they day before the tour, after the cancellation window was closed. Based on the information provided in the operator's message, I realized this tour would not be suitable, and I tried to cancel through Viator. The Viator representative informed me that she had canceled the tour, but that because refund window had passed, I would need to request a special refund from Amigo Tours. Not only did Amigo Tours not refund any part of my payment, the driver showed up at my hotel the next morning and woke me up. Either the Viator representative lied and did not cancel my tour or Amigo Tours has serious logistical problems. Stay far away from Amigo Tours and don't trust Viator with your bookings. Find someone else. You may regret it otherwise.

      Zero stars should be an option.As a vendor who offers our product with Tripadvisor/Viator, we have had zero help in anything. We are sent from one person to another, they have a phone number which is useless as well as a live chat that directs us back to the phone number and from there we are sent back to the live chat. I sat on chat in que for almost 2 hours to be told they can't help me and to call the customer service number.Very frustrating when we only want to do the best for the customers who have paid. We have had over ************************ the last 2 weeks that they will not and cannot help fix, leaving us with upset customers. Very disappointed that they cannot offer support when they are getting paid from us.If it is this bad on our end I can only imagine what it's like for customers.

      This company creating one of the worst experiences for me on Oahu. I booked tickets for the Jurassic Park tour thinking it was their site. Viator was number one on ******* I clicked it thinking it was their site. The calendar made it seem my ticket was available this Friday. But it was next Friday. I went and it was sold out and my tickets weren't valid.I tried to cancel or change my ticket to another day (which is possible via the tour site) but I have been on the phone for 1 hour trying to change the ticket for a day when I am still on the island. They will not honor any shift at all to the ticket when the Information desk said they would.My costumer person was the rudest I have ever come across - extremely unhelpful.When I asked to speak to the manager - they hung said no and hung on me. So rude- will never book anything with them again!

      I think it would help if the *** of Viator gets fired! You clearly have no control over your business. Ten of us booked a tour in Oahu to see the ****************. "******************" cancelled the tour in less than 24 hours, with no consequences!!! Tripadvisor, your name is tarnished!

      We purchased several tours in the Baltic area through Tripadvisor/Viator. Every single one of them was cancelled by the tour operator though some of the same tours are still listed on the website. Very disappointing; we were left to scramble at the last minute.
