If I could leave a zero star review I would. I entered in the email address that I was looking to find some information about. Their dumb "searching" script that fakes as if the site is actually looking up information concluded and stated that it had found information, but I have to signup and pay to unlock said information. Once I did this and click on the link to access the report it takes me to a page that says, "NO INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND". They did refund me the money, but it took more of a ***** demand from myself than should have been necessary. I have used these same type of services from many other companies that provide them for years, *** granted they all work on a similar type of framework, but I have never been charged by any of them when they weren't able to find information for my search.Infotracer.com

I know their is some type of connection with ********** and public crime records. ********** claims they know nothing and I had an agreement with State Records. And after going thru my records, I did give them $5.95 for a free service. Now each month public crime records takes $29.94 out of my account. Filed complaint with BBB, they said in the end saw nothing wrong, cased close good bye. Told BBB that was fine, but I am not done. Has to be a class action suit.There was one, going back to check on. I now have to close my account and never pay on line again with debit or bank card. I do know because of the one lawsuit, the one company will send your into to them for a price.I say to them enjoy Christmas, may be the last one you get not being employed.Infotracer.com

My name is ***** and I am 19 years old. I am a single mother and I work 2 jobs whilst also trying to apply got college. In February of this year (2023) I payed for a 1 time payment to search a vin for a car I was looking to buy. Fast forward to now, I have monthly payments of 25$ since February and when I called they only were willing to refund me up to 3 months. It really hurts knowing that just because I failed to cancel a subscription, I now will miss out on hard earned money. I explained to them my situation with tears about how frustrating this was, I assured them that I understand that they were simply relaying a message and that I know it's not their fault. The man called me out for being unprofessional. I'm sorry? It's hard to remain robotically professional when I am told I won't be able to get my money back even though I have not accessed or used my account since the first purchase I made. I also had this situation with other info tracing websites and they were all able to give me a complete refund even after 3 months. Man on the phone said I should be grateful that I will even get this amount back because other services may not be as generous. We'll actually other services are more generous! So that's a lie. Not trying to be a ***** but why is this corporation so ***** and selfish? I want my money back because I never even used the products I was "purchasing".Infotracer.com

This site s a Joke/Scam. I did the 7 day free trial, there was none of the information that I was looking for, even though it said the information was available for a fee. Once I realized that they didn't have any of the information, I canceled the subscription. After the 7 days I have been charged $24.95.Called *********** customer service, I was told that I never contacted them to cancel, which I had done. I asked since I have not used the service (only needed the single search) if the service could be canceled and the $24.95 be refunded. I was told that this was not possible since I didn't contact them within the seven day period (which I had). What a joke of a company. DON'T waste your time or money on this company.Infotracer.com

Fraud!!!!!Did the free 7-day trial. Could not get the desired info. Canceled the subscription but they still charged the $19.95. Verified subscription was canceled and then they charged another month. Filing complaint and dispute with credit card company.Stay away from this company. They dont provide any info and just steal money!!Infotracer.com

Info tracer is not to be trusted with your charge card information! They automatically charged me a second time a month apart from the previous charge or some thing I did not authorize. I would not recommend them whatsoever. Fraudulent activity, please be warned.Infotracer.com

Absolutely a scam, I wanted to find the owner with just a license plate, the county site (!!) directed me to this site when I clicked owner information, but when I paid the fee, it spat out a thousand details about the car, nothing about the owner - said that's a PREMIUM feature and costs more. After I SPECIFICALLY selected that information when I paid originally.They should be shut downInfotracer.com

I have also searched on my end to see if I could help yield the results you may need, but I was unsuccessful. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection.Since we were unable to provide the information you needed, I have processed a refund of $2.95.
