Amazing service and very professional. The clean up crew took out the old insulation and disposed of it. They helped me move stuff out of my attic and cleaned up. Day 2/3 the spray foam is getting done. The crew are ver polite and have explained everything to me. *** is the owner and he was in constant contact with me and his crew the whole time. Amazing service and I cant wait to feel the difference in our house. Cant recommend them enough.

Thank you ***** for such a wonderful honest review. from the removal of the old dirty insulation Sunlight Removed to the detailed spray foam insulation when we installed your project was one that needed expert attention. Your attic had several areas that an average company that isn't a certified building professional would never find. If a spray-foamed attic isn't conditioned properly you can end up where you started from. where the outside air was coming from it must be sealed to have an energy-efficient building envelope. Sunlight Contractors Day 1- ****** and a crew of 8+ people showed up to attack the attic. Within 2 hours 30 years of junk and old mold insulation was gone. They set up a plastic path through the house that saved the floors and walls from dirt or damage. The crew was very helpful in letting me set aside things of value while they cleared the attic. Concurrently, filtered ventilation fans have been running the whole time to keep dust at a minimum. There is also a young lady going room to room and treating all surfaces for mold. Once the attic is cleaned it will be sprayed for mold as will the ** system. A dehumidifier and UV system will be installed and then to attic sealed with open cell spray foam. The house will be tested for tightness before and after foam application. So far, *** and his crew have been very responsive and easy to work with. This job should take a total of two days and I will update accordingly.Sunlight Contractors

Follow up to previous post - Last day - Insulation team arrived at **** and set up equipment. They performed a pressure test on house measuring air coming into house via attic and other gaps. Total time to spray was about 4 hours. This is impressive given all the tight spaces that had to be reached. They ventilated the house to help remove odors and performed another leak test. Sunlight contractors sent a cleanup crew that spent 4 hours scraping up residual foam on the deck of attic. Really above and beyond! My parents were back in the house by **** with no odor to speak of. In a few days *** will have someone come out and do an infrared survey looking for problem spots. I highly recommend Sunlight Contractors for all your insulation and mold removal needs. *** and his team do great work and are excellent at communicating what is needed and the steps to make it happen.Sunlight Contractors

It isn't a coincidence they have a perfect five star reputation across the board. I, maybe like you, was skeptical because of how perfect their feedback was, so I put in a phone call and luckily got a hold of the owner ***. He took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I took about 30 minutes of his time and did not feel rushed at all. My house (a raised house) was insulated with bat insulation which allowed moisture in. The closed cell spray is the only way to go in our climate. The reviews are ****% legit and am glad I made that call. House has a more solid feel walking thru it as well! Thanks guys!Sunlight Contractors

Sunlight has been nothing but professional! We had to have our floors redone and had spray from done by another company. We wish we would've done our research and used Sunlight from the beginning because it has been a nightmare. We ended up needing to have the old spray foam scraped off and redone. Sunlight has gone above and beyond and has been very transparent. They have been a pleasure to work with! Please do your research and learn from our mistake.Sunlight Contractors

Thank you, *************We hope you can get the moisture down below 10% then you will be able to seal off the floors, floor joists, beams, and ***** and stop any more moisture which creates rotted wood, mold, powder post beetles, buckling floors, cupping floors, and foundation shifting potentially from moist soft soil.
