  I cant recommend foam insulation for under your floors home enough, especially if you have an old house on piers. Right away, the insulation made a tremendous difference in keeping my house warm when the temperature drops, cutting the need to turn the heat on, and making my home much more comfortable. When its warm, the insulation really helps to keep the cold war from the ** in my house. The floor insulation has made such a huge difference.

  Prompt and professional. I requested an estimate and *** called me up within hours, providing the estimate and answering my questions.The work was scheduled the day the contract was received and the crew arrived the next morning! They took out a bunch of old fiberglass insulation (about 12 bags worth) from the crawl space and even removed some wire fencing that had found its way under the house.Foam was sprayed on the floor and the joists (over **** sq ft). The foam eliminated the hollow sound you hear when walking around a raised house. It even fixed a squeaky board in the hallway. The clean up was thorough. It was all finished in a single day.Throughout, the crew was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sunlight.

  Thanks, ****,For all our readers 2LB closed cell applied at 2" is a miracle product. It fills and seals every nook and cranny and provides unmatched Structural strength, vapor barrier, air barrier, and thermal barrier. Everyone has a roof on their home to protect them from the elements. Everyone should spray 2-LB closed cell foam under their home or business to protect from the elements.Don't settle for a hybrid 1.8-LB closed cell formula because it's nowhere as good as 2-LB so triple-check when the product is being applied or buyer beware. (Caveat emptor.)-

  *** and his team at Sunlight Contractors were a complete blessing to work with!!! An inspector found fungal growth under our house which was a complete surprise to us. When under contract to sell your house, this is a finding that needs to be immediately remedied. Sunlight Contractors worked with us immediately and sent out a team to our house the very next day! They conducted a complete inspection and performed a Spray EPA certified MOLD Stat Plus on all members of the subfloor, scrubbed with deck brushes to kill mold and used a negative exhaust fan to prevent the spreading of any spores. By the afternoon, everything was completely killed and eradicated with pictures and videos to prove it. They saved the day and completely resolved the problem. We were so satisfied with the results that we have booked them to come inspect the new house we are buying!!

  Sunlight Contractors is the company you want if you need spray foam or mold remediation! Sunlight contractors and Mr. *** have been a lifesaver for myself and my family in our time of need at our home. Mr. *** and I have been in contact recently due to a moisture issue in my pier and beam home. He also always answers the phone and any questions with lots of details and makes it easy for the home owner to understand! Mr. *** and Sunlight contractors is one of the most professional bunch of people I have ever worked with! I will recommend them to all my friends and family in the future!   Our electric bill was outrageous and erratic. Mr. *** reached out to us directly and managed the entire process. His team showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said would do. There were no surprises! The were very timely and very professional, and the house is now cooler than its ever been. Very happy with the price and efficiency!

  Thanks, ******, Don't be fooled by lower prices from SO-CALLED contractors working out of a garage.You get what you pay for so do your due diligence before you make this important decision.As a matter of fact search spray foam horror stories and see what happens when you don't hire a master-certified spray foam former from the watchdog of our industry spfa.org.

  I generally dont give reviews too frequently, but I was really happy with the work that was done on my home. From the initial phone inquiry to the actual spray foam and beyond, Sunlight has met every expectation. Here are the highlights of my experience:1. On the inquiry call, phone was answered by a live person. Courteous person couldnt answer my questions, but I received a return call within 24 hours with all the answers.2. Received a couple other quotes from other prospects. This was the best out of everyone not the highest and not the cheapest.3. I reached out to them via text on a Sunday for a quick question. Received a call immediately.4. Appointment date was set. Staff was amazing. I felt like they were respectful in my home and cleaned up like it was their own home. 5. During spray foam, someone stepped on a can light by mistake. Staff was made aware of the problem. Within a week, Sunlight took care of it and the problem was remedied. 6. Spray foam review. My a/c was running from 12-8 non stop and couldnt keep my home cool. My husband was concerned that this would cause our unit to die earlier than planned (we had purchased a new unit a couple years ago). So he thought spray foam be a good solution. Since the addition of the insulation, our unit has been cycling every 20 minutes or so, even on those really hot days.

  I can't say enough how pleased I am with *** and his team at Sunlight Contractors! My house was staying around 81 degrees during peak heat hours even though my AC was set on 71. Less than 24 hrs after completing the spray foam job in my attic, my AC is set on 71 and it's staying 71 in my home!! July in *********** and 71 degrees in my home. Amazing!! Thank you *** for your kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and job well done!

  Thank you, Desiree, It's so rewarding when our customers compliment the hard work Sunlight contractors perform. it's the summer of 7/23 and Desiree's attic at the underside of the rooftop peak inside her attic was 152 degrees. We had six men and one woman on site taking turns drinking lots of body-armor sports drinks. We don't recommend doing this without a buddy system keeping a watchful eye on each other.

  I had the absolute best experience with Sunlight. Before getting the spray foam with them it would be 80 degrees in my house every day even with the air on. Now that it is done no matter what the temp outside my house remained at a cool and comfortable 73 degrees. The team was absolutely wonderful. They were nice, professional, and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10
