  I had my first floor close cell spray foamed about 2 years ago and just got to doing my second story. They come in fast and get right to work. I plan on having vaulted ceilings and they needed to have the rafters clean for sheet rock install but the sprayer got over zealous and there was a great deal of over spray. This caused a few extra days of work scrapping but it was all sorted out in the end. *******, the *******, was outstanding and a solid guy. He busted his **** getting things done properly and requested that I ok the work before they leave. The thing about spray foam is that it is a 2 part chemical that reacts upon agitation and mixing meaning that it is a chemistry which requires knowledge. If this mixture is not done correctly and/or sprayed on too rapidly, improper curing can ruin a home so pick a licensed spray foam contractor which is why I chose to go with these guys twice and have also referred neighbors.

  Wow! We are super impressed with Sunlight Contractors, ***, ****** & the entire crew! This journey began with much anxiety. We are in the middle of undergoing a wood floor remodel due to significant moisture damage and powder post beetle infestation under our home. I was dealing with extreme anxiety about the entire process, but this team has put my mind at ease from day one.They are incredibly knowledgeable, and what really stands out to us is how they have taken the time to show us the damage under our house using cameras, explaining everything clearly and honestly. Their quick action and professionalism are exactly what we need.They are handling every detail carefully moving our furniture, providing storage for our belongings, and keeping the work area clean throughout the project. It is clear they genuinely care about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us. Everyday they are punctual and Im beyond grateful for the care and attention they are giving our home. While, we are in the middle of this project, I feel confident that the new floors will look absolutely beautiful, and I finally feel peace of mind knowing everything underneath will be sound and safe. Highly, highly recommend this team!

  *** and his team have been fantastic to work with! After ******* came out and gave me a thorough estimate, taking the time to explain the scope of work and why things needed to be done, *** got to work right away! Ive been very impressed with the whole team and thrilled to learn they do *everything* so instead of having to search for contractors to finish out my space theyre doing it all with a speed and competency thats been very hard to find. *** has made sure that I understand whats going on and has been really wonderful to work with. Were still mid-process and so far Im extremely pleased! The spray foam job looks great and Im excited to finally be able to keep my house cool in the summer!

  I had previous experience in the ** area with a spray foam company. Bad would not be an accurate description. Sunlight was recommended to me by my contractor. From the first conversation to the finished job, *** and his crew were EXCEPTIONAL! *** emailed me a complete explanation of what, why and how his work would be done.
