  Windows Plus was excellent from the first phone call through the completion of installation! They were professional, courteous, and on time. We ordered a new entry door and a slider door. Both are top notch quality and installation was perfect. Highly recommend!!

  I had the Owner of this business interact with me. Todd has impeccable morals and truly cares about his customers. It has been many years since I've interacted with a person with values. Thank you Todd for reaching out to me and helping me when I felt railroaded. The job that his team did at my home was professional and hard working. They worked 7 hours with no breaks, not even lunch. The team cleaned up the job site to leave it in better shape than when they started. I recommend this company to everyone. Josh seemed to be the one in charge and he had everything under control. They brought all tools and materials with them. I am extremely pleased. Thank you Todd Griffin!!

  Widows Plus installed seven replacement windows in my home in February 2023. The salesman, Todd, was honest, answered all my questions and reassured me that I would love my windows as I was really apprehensive about everything. He even showed me how to change the seals in my patio doors on my own! There was NO high pressure sales and I am SO glad I chose this company. Dallas and Aaron were the installers, arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing the windows. They cleaned up everything outside, not a scrap to even show they had been there. They were neat and clean inside as well, answered all my questions and were very helpful as well as Aaron hung my window blinds for me and offered to do some extra caulking I needed to finish! Todd was right about the windows, I do love them! I called a week later and asked if they could come back and do the ones in the master bedroom because they did such a good job and by the way, the basement windows they installed really made me happy. I would use them again and am very satisfied and have no doubt they will honor their warranty which is a great one!

  High quality products but also high pressure sales. Installation crew was satisfactory but rushed to finish and clean up leaving a poorly done caulk job and clean up. When one door lock wouldn’t work, it took several calls and threats to get the problem resolved. Salesman indicated he would return in day of installation or soon after to check out the job and our satisfaction. Needless to say he did not and has not returned texts or calls. I wished we’d gotten quotes from other companies as it appears even with our “discounts” we overpaid. We are satisfied with quality doors they used doors but disappointed in the customer service received.

  Windows Plus - The guy we had installing our windows was great. He did them all by himself. Did an awesome job. Made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. Knowlegable on everything he did. Took time to explain anything I asked. Very well mannered . I would recommend them to anyone. Best company I have ever had.
