  We could not be happier with the quality, customer service, and professionalism given by windows plus. Their crew were extremely polite, paid attention to detail, and even came back in the house to make readjustments, etc. once they were finished, they even hung new blinds for us in the garage that would have been difficult for us to install. In addition, they offered to reinstall the blind brackets to all of our windows. We decided to not rehang our blinds, but that was such a nice surprise! We did not expect that at all. They stayed late to finish the job and on top of that, installed the garage blinds. The sales rep that came out to our house was so patient and professional as well. He stayed till 9pm waiting on us to make a decision. Highly recommend!

  SOME OF THE WINDOWS WEREN'T WHAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET, THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME FIX A FEW THINGS LETS SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO DO THAT. I WASN'T TOLD THAT IF I WAS TO SELL MY HOUSE i HAD TO PAY A FEE TO TRANSFER THE WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD IF I WANTED TO GET THE WINDOWS I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING I COULD BUT WOULD HAVE TO PAY A FEE, SO IF YOU CALL THIS COMPANY GET EVERY THING IN WRITING BEFORE THE SALESMAN LEAVES YOUR HOUSE ALSO GET THE PRICE FOR EACH WINDOW CAUSE I'M PAYING DEARLY FOR THESE WINDOWS.

  Our first meeting for a quote with Matt was so enjoyable. He was down to earth and he brought product with him so that we could see and feel in person. He answered all our questions and those he didn’t know his manager got back to him in less than 10mins each time. The screen door for the sliding patio door is amazing! My husband and I took turns punching holes into the screen with a pencil and then rubbed the screen and watched as the hole went away! I don’t remember the name of the technology but with two cats and a dog this durable screen had me sold! Also they offer a TRUE lifetime warranty covering “acts of God” such as hail, tornado and other non controllable events. None of the other three companies we had out were able to offer that which means they really weren’t offering a lifetime warranty which seems shady. Windows Plus covers everything! On install day we had a call they were about 30mins away which gave us time to secure the pets and clear out around the patio door. He arrived on time and was friendly. He arrived at 9am and was finished around 1pm! I was very pleased how quick the work was done and also cleaning up the debris

  This is an amazing company. They communicated with us regularly. They arrived when they said they would (was actually a little early). They did exactly what they said they would do.   Several months ago, we worked with Windows Plus to install a single fixed window that is approximately 2' x 3' to replace a small double hung window. We paid a premium to do so, approximately $1700. We did so because they're a local company and because they seem to treat their employees well and they told us they could give us the color we wanted. I'm giving them a 1 star review for the following reasons: • We were told very clearly that they could provide an exact color match to our existing windows. Turns out they couldn't. The window arrived and was the wrong color. We were told it was as close as they could get and we'd already paid a 50% non-refundable deposit. Had we known they couldn't match exactly and could only get "close", we would never have gone forward. Why would we want a window that doesn't match any of the rest of our windows (especially at that price)? • They agreed to paint the exterior of the window to match the color. I appreciated that. But the window grid inside the double-paned glass is still the wrong color. • They utilize a high pressure sales tactic where they tell you that the quote they initially give you is good only as long as the salesperson is there and that if you don't take the offer right away, the price will go up. So we have a new, very expensive window that is partially the wrong color. Eventually, we'll have to address that with a new window that matches. The window we have now is a frustrating waste of money. My strong advice to anyone that is considering working with them: • Get at least 2 other quotes before you call them. • If you need a particular color, make sure they can deliver. Ask them what happens if the color is wrong (remember that they require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front). • If they give you the hard sell, just walk away. There are other very good options here in Louisville for getting new high quality windows without the high pressure sales tactics.
