  We had 2 bathrooms redone Old tub and showers removed walls gutted They were very prompt and professional. Very friendly installers Houston and Tim did a great job Quality products The baths looked better than I could imagine I will use them again Thanks to Carter the sales person and to Dave who came out to do final measurements It was worth every penny Ke.nny and Teresa Baker

  I am so very pleased with my new windows from Windows Plus! Corey installed them today - and did a great job - and Anna came to my house 6 weeks ago to demonstrate and answer my questions before I signed the contract. Both Corey and Anna were professional, good-humored and respectful. I have every confidence that, if I have problems down the road, Windows Plus will be there. The windows look great and I am one happy customer! I can’t recommend these replacement windows enough; so easy to open and close and almost fun to clean. (Ok, not really. Windows are never fun to clean.) I love their convenience and ease and how they improve the look of my house. Thank you, Windows Plus!

  We had a walk-in shower installed in our home recently by Windows Plus. We had one small hiccup, only because the corner shelves did not arrive at the same time. As soon as they arrived the installers came back and everything is perfect now! We selected the light gray subway tile effect. We had the liftoff shower head installed and the teak seat. My husband has had 2 strokes and it was becoming harder and harder for him to get in and out of the shower by stepping over the side of the bathtub. They removed the tub, installed the new walls and shower in 2 days. Now that the shelves are in, we are in business! We also had hand rails installed to help him with stepping in and out of the shower. I can't thank Houston and Tim enough for the wonderful installation job. They worked with my husband to make sure the rails were exactly where he needed them before anchoring them to the walls. They worked tirelessly and were very professional in every way and it showed in the workmanship. They cleaned the room after working and it looks wonderful! I would highly recommend everyone to allow Windows Plus an opportunity to give them an estimated and then decide to go with their company. I don't think you will be disappointed. We are thinking about getting a sliding glass door to our patio next. I hope this review helps anyone looking to update their old bathtub to a walk-in shower. We are in our 70's and 80's, so you know this was well thought out before we made our final decision. Our generation does not just jump into something like this without checking out every aspect before making our decision to spend our money.   Would not recommend Windows + to anyone due to their high pressure sales tactics. Contacted Windows + to get a bid/quote to replace all the windows in our home. My wife and I indulged the salesperson by sitting through a 3 1\2 hour scripted sales presentation regarding the windows. Salesman also produced paper copies of the warranties from 3 of their competitors, but could not produce a paper copy of their own warranty. He was able to produce only a PDF copy of their warranty which stated "it would not supersede the warranty on the signed agreement". The actual warranty as it appears on the signed agreement was never produced. We requested quotes on both casement windows and double pane windows, which he was resistant to provide. He pushed only the double hung and triple pane windows. Salesman provided a 30 day quote for the windows and alluded to a $3600 discount if we signed that afternoon. Advised the salesman we were getting price quotes for this large expenditure and asked him to hold the discount for 3 business days. He would not do this. Tried to explain our reasoning for this to him and he immediately quit listening to our concerns and reverted back to his rehearsed sales script. The sad thing is, we actually liked Windows Plus products and would have probably signed if we received a little more consideration from the salesman and less of his lame excuses. Definitely would not recommend Windows + due to their high sales tactics and lack of consideration and/or understanding to the customer's position. Provided a single star rating as there is nothing lower than this.
