Unreasonable delays in shipping even though they have received payment.

We are very sorry to hear that the customer is not satisfied with their order. At this time the order is not delayed and is currently processing as normal. This order was paid with our electronic check payment method which we do advertise takes 5 business days to clear. However, this payment processing time does not delay our orders as our standard processing time frame for orders to ship is 3-7 business days from the date payment is submitted. With electronic check payment methods we begin processing the order once the payment is initiated so that once it clears it is able to be shipped out shortly afterwards. During the time the payment is clearing we have not received the funds and it is possible for the transaction to fail during this period so we do have to ensure the funds can clear before the order can be shipped out. Once the funds clear on the 5th business day the order should ship out within the next 1-2 business days for standard orders.Review fromDuain N

Buds?! My go to shop. They have a great selection and prices, that are more reasonable than some of the local shops and better customer service. Helpful in problem solving, and in finding exactly what you need. Shipping is fast on most items, unless it's a special order item, at which point they let you know about the approximate time it ships once it's ready to ship.
