"BUYER BEWARE - These people will send you a broken gun and then send you to the manufacturer like they don’t even care and it’s not their problem. Extremely rude chat representatives, completely threw $400 in the garbage. Bunch of thieves "

We are very sorry to hear the customer was not happy with their firearm. We ensure all of our items are shipped out exactly as they are sent to us by the manufacturers. However, we do advise all of our customers to inspect the firearms thoroughly at the FFL and if there are any issues at all to leave the firearm with the FFL and to contact us so that we can assist with a return. In this case it appears there was a malfunction with the firearm in use that was discovered after the transfer was completed. In this case, issue of that nature would be covered under by the warranty that the manufacturer offers with the firearm so that they can repair any issues. Most manufacturers will offer a prepaid label for the firearm to be returned under their warranty, but we are happy to assist in the event that they do not to provide a prepaid label to send the firearm in for warranty work if they are unable to provide one under their warranty.Review fromBrian R
