    I ordered a holster for Buds and received a empty box. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who told they would send me a return label for the empty box, but would not send me a holster until they received the box. I the spoke with a Supervisor named Troy who accused me of trying to scam them, and implied I was a thief and a liar. In the past I've have purchased thousands of dollars a guns from them and Troy treated me that way over a $30 holster.

    We do apologize for the missing item and we are currently working with the customer to get the original shipment returned so that we can process a refund, as that is the standard process for any item returns. We did not make any accusations of the customer during the course of the call. However, during the call the customer asked us how we would know that the item was not stolen, insinuating that they could have removed it from the packaging and then send us the empty package. After the customer made that insinuation our supervisor asked if that is something that we should be worried about, as up until that point there was no mention of any concern of the product being stolen. As stated before we do apologize for the issue with the item and we are working with the customer to process a refund.

    whether online or in store Buds has always been professional and courteous, communication has been outstanding and accurate. items bought have been as described or better. online purchases are easy and hassle free. Don--very satisfied customer!

    Good selection of inventory. I’ve ordered several times and multiple different products, from rifles, shotguns, a pistol, and quite a bit of ammo from Buds and they are always prompt with processing and shipment. They don’t have the overinflated prices on their products that so many places do. I really like Buds and will continue to use them a long time
