I am not a technical person, I much prefer to speak to a human than dick with a computer. However, Bud's has chosen to forget about me. I NEVER did get to speak to anyone! Even the "chats" were preprogrammed computer reply's. I am entitled to a Military discount USNR (Ret), but the computer did not recolonize it. I am not pleased at all!

Our LiveChat program does have a menu for frequently asked questions which does include a section for submitting Qualified Professional credentials and a link to our inventory that is eligible for discount for qualifying customers. Items that are eligible for the program would be specially marked as being available for Qualified Professionals only and would only be available for those items, it would not apply to all items site wide. We do have representatives available via our LiveChat service for many types of inquiries during our business hours, Monday - Friday from 9AM - 8PM EST.
