      Absolutely horrible. I hired them, believing their promises. They were to remove my old oil furnace and dead central air unit, replace with electric heat pump with propane back up. Six weeks later, I had them remove the unit, and return my money. Multiple problems with propane gas lines. It took six weeks to "complete" install, only to have it done all wrong. Every connection made by their HVAC team, had to be done again, by their plumbing team, because they leaked. Both HVAC and plumbing teams still missed 3 key problems with the gas lines. Configuration of fittings and connections going into the furnace was all wrong, as verified by their people removing unit, guy from my gas company, and 3 other companies that I got estimates from, after I was done with them. They tapped into the gas line that goes to my dryer, rather than running separate line from main line to the furnace. A gas line with the capacity to support 62000 BTU's was connected to feed a 70000 BTU furnace and a 30000 BTU dryer. The inadequate gas supply would have damaged both the new furnace and dryer. The 2 inch exhaust lines were ugly, but more importantly not up to the current code of 3 inch lines. I might not have found all of this out so quickly if they hadn't totally botched the humidifier installation. They mounted humidifier on the front of new furnace. 3 hours later I discover water draining directly from humidifier onto and into my new furnace. All electronics were wet, water standing inside unit. I shut everything off. I am lucky that there wasn't a fire, or that I did not step in electrified water. I told them I wanted it all out, I was so done. They sent a Senior Ops Manager to bully and intimidate me. He saw NOTHING wrong with install (dispite many issues). Assured me that soaking wet electronics are perfectly safe. Sloppy work and so many things were left undone. There isn't enough room to list all of the issues. Please don't use them. I wouldn't trust them to change a lightbulb.

I understand that you had several issues with the installation, from the propane gas lines to the configuration of fittings and connections going into the furnace, to the humidifier installation. I want you to know that we take all customer complaints seriously and strive to address them as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, in your case, it seems we fell short of your expectations. We should have done a better job of communicating with you throughout the installation process, and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding the Senior Ops Manager's behavior, I assure you that this is not the way we train our staff to handle customer complaints. We will investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to ensure that it does not happen again in the future. We understand that you requested a refund, and we promptly provided it. I hope this has helped alleviate some of your concerns, and we will use your feedback to improve our services in the future. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.       Given, there were so many problems. The bottom line is that your people did not know what they were doing. Their incompetence placed my home and my very life in danger. Your Senior ops manager assured me many times that the wet unit was perfectly safe? Is he really that stupid, or does he merely think that I am? The risk of fire and electric shock were so great, and no one seems to care.

      Absolute Services installed a capacitor on our heat pump. the technician did quote the job and I agreed to have repair completed for price quoted. I did mention to technician I thought the price being charged for the part was high and his response was that it has a lifetime warranty. After the new part was replaced and the technician left our property, I was still focused on the charge for the part. I then contacted two reputable HVAC companies in the Louisville area and obtained a quote for complete job. Each quote was approximately 50% less than the price I paid which was $662.00. the kicker is the identical part is available on Amazon for less than $50.00. I was charged $605.00. I called Absolute Services and expressed my concern regarding the charge for the part which I thought was excessive. I explained I could purchase the identical part for less than $50.00 from Amazon compared to the $605.00 charge from them. The representative just danced around that fact by talking about the quality of the part. He was adamant no adjustment could be made. In my opinion this is a prime example of unethical business practice. I certainly would not recommend this company.

      Brandon came out after snow storm. He installed 10 feet of pex pipe, added a shark bite shut off valve and charged $1107. Called company to get an itemized invoice that listed labor charge, parts charge and other details. Lady on the phone said their computer wasn't able to do that. Brandon told my dad work came with a lifetime guarantee and the lady said only 1 year for work Brandon did.. In what world does it cost over $420 to install a simple cut off valve? Contacting a lawyer for fraudulent charges and shady business practices if this isn't resolved after our in person visit this week. It's a shame such a highly rated business is ripping off the elderly with limited income and to be unwilling to make the customer satisfied by providing requested documents. We will never do business with them again and we will be sure to warn everyone about this horrible experience.

      I was supposed to have an outside security light installed on 10/17/22. They advertised a price of $189.00 through the end of Oct. 2022 on the internet. When I scheduled the service, I told them about the advertised price. They sent someone over as scheduled. When the person arrived they said they were going to charge a fee of $ 57.00 to give me an estimate. Nobody told me anything in advance about any fee and I thought they were going to install the light for $189.00 as advertised. They then gave me a price of over $885.00 to install the light. They said they were going to connect it to my outside electrical outlet. They said the outlet was cracked & they would have to replace it too... And they would have to come back at a later time to install it. I will never recommend or use this company again. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Rip Off artist....

      This September I had the HVAC checked for the heat exchanger. My problem wasn’t what the technician found although I had no clue what he was showing me. My problem was with how they couldn’t explain to me the breakdown of the cost as in materials, supplies and labor. It was to replace the heat exchanger. The technician couldn’t give me a quote so he asked another technician to come. I asked him if he could stay till the other person came. He agreed but before the other technician arrived he said he had to leave. The other technician came and he was going to quote me to replace the whole HVAC unit. I was shocked at how there was that big of a disconnect!! I’ve talked to several people and even asked if the manager can call me and to no avail. I’ve been very patient but cannot get a straight answer. They’ve sent me quotes to my email but it doesn’t specify the breakdown of the cost of work and labor. I’m not sure if this company is honest or not. I really thought they were a good wholesome company but I seriously have my doubts now. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m just upset that I have 2 more years to deal with them. I should’ve done the 1 year membership and not have to deal with them anymore.

      What a nightmare!!! Had Bailey come to my home for a routine service appointment to clean my old HVAC system. I was told that the system needed to be replaced. Hours after he leaves my entire unit breaks...coincidence? No. Buyer beware. I had Rick come to my home same day after Bailey left to give me a quote. I accepted the quote gave a 3500 deposit and was PROMISED next day install. Today I get a call after being without AC all night that all the installers have stomach bugs and could do a Saturday install. What a joke of a company. UPDATE: they damaged my walls, my closet doors are broken
