RTS is below a -5 ALL CARRIERS STAY AWAY. They will lie and frankly leave you stranded. They have my company in a choke hold. We have been with them 2 years and always took care of our account.

Dishonest is the word I'd use to describe RTS Financial.
    1. They say you're getting one factoring rate, 1.5% for example. If you read the contract you'll find that rate is only good for 90 days. After that, the rate will depend on how much u factor. The more $ u factor, the lower the rate & vice versa! Beware.
    2. U will be locked in a contract for 1 year. MUCH longer than other companies that do 1 to 3 month contracts.
    3. Aubree Campbell, an RTS sales representative lied directly to my face, twice. After reading their sneaky contract I decided to go with HaulPay, Aubree said don't sign w HaulPay bc they have "hidden fees". Except the 1st thing in HaulPay's contract shows $0 fees for everything Aubree Campbell claimed they charged for.
    4. RTF Financial jumped the gun & placed a lien on our company bc they assumed that, like most people, I'd blindly sign their sneaky contract. But I DIDN'T. RTS doesn't want to admit they placed the lien preemptively. Aubree Campbell said that by applying for RTS, I had agreed for them to place a lien. NOPE! I read & still have the application. It agrees to NOTHING. That's her 2nd lie! Tyler Dickman at RTS refuses to admit to placing the lien or do anything to remove it. Tyler Dickman won't talk on the phone. I would not recommend RTS financial.

All the complaints are real. When they started they were considerate and answered any question in time. Now they have an entire team to stall you, named "Team 64".
Now they got the money out of broker, in advance and still refuse to send the release letter. The main culprit they say, it's the Accountant Department. They are sitting on the checks mailed to them, and charge you for "negative reserve" because they don't cash the checks.
Indeed a bad company to work with.

Avoid this people at all cost! They will file UCC on you personally and company without letting you know even if you do not sign the contract with them yet! They will keep your cash reserve without any explanation! So hard to reach anyone when needed! They would not work with you but against you!

Jacob Fetter, Kacey C, Tyler Koelzer, Phillip Kolesinski, Patrycja Mitchell and team 38 holding cash reserve after they stopped funding us over 30 days ago without notice and forced us to not be able to be on the road anymore. It took them 5 days to give an email address to the person supposedly working on our account, who is - to no surprise - not responding to anyone.

BEWARE ONCE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, THEY OWN YOU FOR LIFE.
Avoid this factoring company. We have been with RTS for over 5 years. their customer service started to get really bad, and they restructured their company that you don't have an account rep but just a team that you communicate through email. They started rejecting invoices for odd reasons like Costco delivery does not have a signed BOL anyone in this business knows Costco don't sign BOL's but give a delivery sticker and multiple other issues. We made the decision to move factoring companies several years ago and that's when the experience really started. The first year we submitted a termination letter 60+ days before the contract expired. When the termination date came around, they requested proof of the date stamp then it was emailed but as the email was deleted and I did not have it they held our feet to the fire and forced us to continue claiming they never received the termination letter. The following year I sent them the termination letter 3 times one 90 days out one 60 days out and 1 in between and saved the emails. I lined us another factoring company and hoping for a smooth transaction. again, they requested proof that the termination letter was sent which we supplied. then we started getting bombarded with phone calls and different account reps trying to make us stay when they realized that we are leaving and there is nothing they can do they switched to a different tactic they said our account is under review and they need 24-48 to complete the review. during this time, we can't use the new factoring company or RTS as if they factor a single dollar the contract auto renews. and then they went missing in action for almost 2 weeks hoping we run out of money and finally submit an invoice for the contract we automatically renewed. that is exactly what happened in 2 weeks we ran out of funds and had to start factoring with RTS again. BEWARE ONCE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, THEY OWN YOU FOR LIFE.
