      Tafs was the worst decision I have made since I've owned my business. I tried to cancel my contract by sending them a letter of notice ************************************************************************************************* from leaving. I've obtained an attorney to get me free of Tafs. He looked at the contract and said they are trying to stop me from leaving by false intent.Now reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only one being held hostage.

      Hello, back in May 2022 I made a mistake and over paid $6365.00 dlls for an invoice, since then I've been calling them with no luck. Managers are never there and no one can help. When I finally emailed someone from TAFS and explain the whole situation, they stopped responding to me. Now I have received 4 invoices from them, until they give a credit or reimbursed me $6365.00. I will pay.

      Don't which to be lengthy on this review... but your nightmare starts here... believe it or not... go see for yourself. Very poor customer service and communication skills, not to mention if you which to leave... even when your contract ended and all your debtors paid up, you will still have to keep waiting until God set you free....however there was one good one found amongst them and his name is *********************.

      this is TAFS forcing their services on ppl. listen to their exact words.Dear ********,We received a notice of your intent not to renew our Factoring Services Agreement on August 01, 2022. However, this notice does not comply with the terms of the Factoring Services Agreement as it was not provided at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the ***************** Agreements current term. As a result, the ***************** Agreement will renew on September 15, 2022. Stop forcing ppl to stay with ********************. The least you can do is just allow ppl to buyout and move on. everyone please figure out how to get on quick pay so you do not need TAFS.

      STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ARE SCAM. THEY TAKE PERCENTAGE AND STILL ASK YOU TO GO CHASE THOSE BROKERS FOR PAYMENTS AND BRING PAYMENTS TO THEM. REQUESTING FOR BOLS AFTER SUBMITTING SEVERAL TIMES.ITS ONE PROBLEM OR ANOTHER. THEY HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU HAVE SLEEPLESS NIGHT DUE TO BUSINESS FINANCES GOING DOWN. I AM TERMINATING MY CONTRACT. 2 YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY IS A TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!!!!!

      Hello Wole, as our client services team explained to you, our collections department attempts to bill and then collect payment from a broker many times before the client needs to get involved. In this situation, it had been more than 90 days since TAFS billed the broker, with no results. We cannot release reserves until we know the debtor will pay us back. Thank you.

      This has been the worst mistake that we have made as a small trucking company. Terrible place! No phone ethics whatsoever I have to explain myself to everyone there that answers my phone calls when they answer. They renew contracts without owners approval! Communication is terrible! Never been one to EVER write a bad review and just deal with the cards dealt but I'm not satisfied with them I have to be the one calling the broker to collect and they are single-handedly burning my business to the ground! all I want is to TERMINATE my contract.

      Hello ****, we had a supervisor reach out to see if we could get the issues solved. There must be some sort of communication issue with one of your debtors. All factoring companies have auto-renewing contracts.

      TAFS WORST COMPANY EVER. ******* TRANSPORTATION LLC IS MAKING A COMPLAINT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN HERE. EVERYTHING THEYRE SAYING HERE IS 100% TRUE. ITS THE WORST COMPANY. THEY DONT CARE FOR ANYBODY, THEYRE ALWAYS CHARGING EXTRA EVERY INVOICE YOU SUMMIT ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING I RESUMMIT THE SAME INVOICE AND NOW ITS ALL GOOD LIKE WTF. IM TRYING TO GET A RELEASE FROM THIS FACTORY SINCE THE 1ST WEEK BUT BECAUSE OF THE CONTRACT WE HAD TO WAIT A YEAR. WITH FRUSTATION ON EVERY SINGLE INVOICE .OBVIOUSLY TAFS DOESNT WANT TO LOSE MONEY THATS WHY! THEY ACT RIDICULOUS WHEN YOURE ASKING FOR A RELEASE CONTRACTOR A UCC LETTER. THEY GIVE YOU THE ** EXCUSES. SUPPOSEDLY THEY NEVER RECEIVED A EMAIL OR THEY CANT SEE IT. ITS FUNNY HOW THIS COMPANY CAN'T EVEN GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER FOR A MANAGER OR A UNDERWRITER...       Hello *******, we have had supervisors reach out multiple times to fix issues regarding new bank accounts, denied debtors, additional credit, and collections. We are always happy to help resolve a situation. As always, we need clean paperwork and approved debtors in order to make sure you are paid, and those debtors still have to pay TAFS back for the money we advanced. As for the contract termination, you simply need to read the section in your contract regarding termination, and provide what is needed within the proper time window. Thank you.

      First of all I am a minority owned small trucking company one of the worst mistakes Ive made in this business was entering a contract with Tafs they refuse to release me from my contract although I gave warning put to noticing that I wanted to get out they have made my experience with this company extremely difficult when it comes to funding and all they do is find excuses not to process my invoices do you have a particular contract that I warn you to read very carefully in regards of giving your 120 days notice to not renew the contract Ive given them over 120 days 30 days so they refused to let me free from the contract theyre causing my business to lose money and I may file bankruptcy because of the refusal of letting me free from my contract I have successfully completed my one year I warned you and anyone going into business with these people they have poor ethics and they will sink your business stay away from them Im seeking legal council

      Hello Ray, we had a supervisor reach out to help with any invoice issues. As for termination, you have to submit that in the timeline as outlined in the contract, which you did not. We are only successful when our clients are, so running a client out of business would make no sense. We have thousands of happy clients and hope we can turn this relationship around.       Terrible place! They renew contracts without owners approval! Signed up with them to get away from a different company and they are way worse, communication is terrible. Makes you stay in a contract even when you haven't ever factored with them! Never been one to EVER write a bad review and just deal with the cards delt but I'm irate and they are single handedly burning my business to the ground!Company owner, operations manager!
