      Unfortunetly we have to put 1 star so we can post but they desearve minus unlimted number of bad bad stars!! The worst company ever!!!! They are holding all our money and not paying for our company! And even worse when we tried to stop renewing the contract with them, they are not sending us the release letter. In addition, the worst customer service ever, you can stay on hold till they answer maybe after years!!!! They are not responding at all. You'll regret dealing with them! RUN!!!!!

      This company is the worst one in the industry, you can not get any information from no one that's if you can even talk to anyone an when u do they don't have access to any information that you need they can't even give ****** that is relayed to the company itself,they make it impossible to just get released from their contract no one will or can seem to direct you to the persons needed to talk to about this .I've spent weeks just trying to get in touch with the right people to do this ,because I want released asap an still no response from no one at tafs on this subject . Ridiculous!!

That team has also communicated to you that your company is not eligible for termination at this time.       As stated this company is a f***shit hole company, they take **** hours to answer you and it takes 3-4 days to pay you after collecting your money my time is up to not reinstated and I am trying to come out of this Contract from March and still can't get my Letter OF Release to date the ***** needed to put this ***************** out of business

      I wish there was a lower rating than just one star. I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company. I am still waiting on someone from this company to work with me or give me information about closing out my account. I did not opt to join this company. My contract was purchased from another company and it has been the worst experience of my professional life. Terrible or nonexistent customer service. I am still trying to get someone to contact me regarding the closing of my account.Stay Away! The reviews here say it all.

      Company holds you hostage in a contract and contacts all your customers who you have signed up with. Basically forcing you to factor loads that you didnt give them permission to factor. Then doesnt accept the rate cons you try to factor. I know as a business owner you have to be careful and read the fine print, but between TAFS and Brokers they are targeting small companies. I hope they get exposed on what they are doing to individuals.

      I started with TAFS 2 years ago and it has been a perfect fit for my company. They have been more than a factoring company. Been great to work with and has definitely worked with me through some problems that other factoring companies would have looked the other way. The credit department has definitely helped my company out on how TAFS can help our company expand, they are more than a factoring company and the best fit for us.

      Tafs is not a good company to do any business with they are liars scrammers and cheats they take your money and don't pay claim they do business with credit check on Brokers then within 24hrs they don't do business with such Brokers but still want to hold your money when you request for a quick pay don't want to give you a letter of release don't answer call ask for name or to be transferred to someone they can't do or transfer to a department without hanging up and calling back again you wait everlasting with no response AGAIN STAY AWAY THEY'RE NO GOOD PEOPLES TAKE HEED AND STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD THEY WILL LEAVE YOU BANKRUPT AND HOMELESS AND GIVE YOU NIGHTMARE AND SLEEPLESS NIGHT

      Hello ******* when a debtor is denied by TAFS it is not done so lightly. That debtor's actions have caused the denial to take place. We are happy to give you payment on these once the debtor pays TAFS, but we will not advance funds to the carrier until we are paid. We suggest you use another debtor, or work with that debtor to get back in good standing with TAFS. Thank you.

      This place is a f****** joke!! They hold your money for no reason! Like your a f****** trucking company you know sometimes the address on the rate con isn't going to match the f****** bills but they use it for an excuse to hold your f****** money!!!! They dont answer the phones so they have no accountability and you have no idea what's going on with your loads you don't know whether they're going to hold it whether they're going to accept it and it can wait two days before they accept it just holding your money like you ain't got bills and fuel to pay.. horrible place if you're thinking about using Trans Am factoring don't run the other f****** Direction!!!! This thing wants me to leave a star just to leave my review!!!! I gotta put 1n just know it's actually a zero but it won't let me not leave 1n

TAFS only makes money by buying invoices, but there are times when verification is required before we can pay the carrier. This is transparent, you can easily see what is happening with every invoice by logging into the Client Portal or mobile app and checking the status. Again, we will have someone reach out to show you how to get paid quicker, with less delays. Thank you.

      I thought I was alerting the world to this awful business but I read that I am among MANY who made the wrong decision to sign with TAFS factoring! The inability to end the contract and the parameters by which are set to end the contract are INSANE!!!!! DO NOT SIGN WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I AM WARNING YOU!!! You will thank us later!

      Hello, it is simple to terminate the contract, you just have to do it within ****** days before renewal. You simply need to wait until you are within that window and submit another notice. Thank you.

      Everything everyone has said about this company is true Tafs has to do better because sooner or later things will change so before a investigation starts into your bad business practices which is not allowing people to get out of there contracts and having bad customer service and under writters eventually its going catch up with yall im definitely trying to get with someone else im completely i unsatisfied
