  worst company to deal with fir factoring do not do business with them ************ does not care about there customers at all Everything is extremely difficult even down to the phone customer service its extremely difficult just getting invoices done I will not be doing business after this year

  I think I want to dissolve this relationship quickly! I sent in 120 days notice and I was approved to be released on 6/28/2022. I have invoices that are 30 days old already because I cannot factor because they are waiting for a release letter. I have another factoring company ready to do a buyout. Tafs sends an aging report with already paid and verified invoices. The invoices over 90 days were also verified, check numbers and transaction numbers sent. However, Tafs is no longer communicating with us about updating the buyout minus the verified invoices that have been paid. SUPER FRUSTRATING. WE are a new, small MINORITY business who just wants a chance to feed their family during these hard time and inflation. My wife got laid off and needs surgery and the last thing I need is to miss out on thousands of dollars of work because Tafs wants to play hard ball. These lending practices are shameful!! I am an owner operator and the only income in my house. What can I do?????

  The most terrible company ever. Terrible ethics! Very poor business practices. Hidden and no clauses in their contract. When you call to ask for help with process of things they say read your contract. I've witnessed how they've dealt with a business for the last year and based off that experience, I will NEVER DO BUSINEES WITH THEM NOR EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER DO BUSINESS WITH TAFS, INC.

  Hello ******, we had supervisors listen to the recorded phone calls with our team, and our representative was clearly talking about factoring, and the call was almost an hour long. We also have an agreement that was signed and initialed on every page by you, that could never be mistaken for a fuel card. That document says Factoring Services Agreement in bold on the first page. Additionally, you stated you wanted to get out of the factoring agreement because you know someone that refers business to another factoring company. TAFS does not force or "trick" a person into signing anything, it is a choice that is made and executed solely by them. Leaving a negative review about TAFS will not result in a release of your contract. When you are ready to start factoring invoices, we are happy to help you through that process. Thank you.

  I have a contract with this company i still have ********************************************************************************* drop my contract signed the contract on April 12th, 2022, and the policy states that i can cancel up to 90 days but no more than 120 and im just over 100 days. They will not email me back. So, what do i supposed to do? Very horrible company.

  Hello ******, if the contract was signed on April 12, 2022, you cannot put a valid termination on file until ****** days before the renewal date, which is April 12, 2023. TAFS contracts are at least 1 year. Thank you.

  This factoring company is a NIGHTMARE! We sent our termination letter 90 days prior to expiration date, didn't hear back until a month later. Myself and the new factoring company I chose have been reaching out for a buyout option. TAFS notices***** email NO ONE ANSWER FOR DAYS, they finally answered telling us we had to wait, to reach out after termination date. We started emailing them again on the termination date, they answered the next day with a buyout contract with an additional fee of ***** dollars!! This is FRAUD. Nowhere in the original factoring contract does it state there's a handeling fee of ***** dollars. They proceeded to tell us the original contract expired so its not valid and they can charge whatever they want. TAFS PURPOSELY MAKES YOU WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE TERMINATION DATE TO CHARGE YOU A "HANDELING FEE" TO TRANSFER YOUR LOADS TO ANOTHER FACTORING COMPANY. This department has no phone number, because they're avoiding all the angry carriers that are being held by them with hidden fees. They were going to get paid for all the loads, but they wanted to charge an additional ***** dollars for transferring them to the new factoring company. I simply don't comprehend how they're still in business. They don't even deserve one star, if you're reading this save yourself the headache and don't factor with TAFS!!!!!!!!!

  Hello Yoidel, TAFS owns receivables that you are attempting to have another factoring company buy from TAFS. The only way you are charged a handling fee is if you choose to sign a separate buyout agreement, which has nothing to do with the expired factoring agreement. This is an option, as you can also wait out your aging to be paid out, then receive a release letter, which carries no fees. This is all explained via email prior to your contract ending with TAFS.

  I gave the a 1 because it wont let me put 0. I'm a current customer and i have the worst experience ever. The are a scam. You choose them be ready to have all kind of fees taken from your invoices and also be ready to do all the work yourself. They don't do anything, you have to get your money for them to get paid and take a percentage for a job that you are doing, We got scam into the contract since our preview factory company was bought out for them. And now I'm in a 2 1/2 year contract and wont release our company. I literally had to hired an extra person in my office just to do their job.
