      This company tells you everything you want to hear which is all false and then lock you into a contract . I completed a load for $465 and submitted the invoice to Tafs, *** to receive my pay. While I am aware of factoring companies taking 3% of your earnings this company took 55% of my earnings and paid me 45%. When I spoke to ****** before even submitting the invoice he said they take 3% and there is a fee of $10 for each invoice submitted that's it!. When trying to reach out to them about this matter they never answer and when they do reply it takes a few days. This company is very unorganized as well as unprofessional and they are just in business to rob you instead of help you. They penalize you when you try to get out of the contract but you are forced to get out of the contract because who wants to work hard and only receive 45% of your hard earned money? It is not fair and this business needs to lose their License before they rob more people especially new business owners such as myself. My company is ******* Enterprise LLC

      Very poor customer service, on hold for hours on end (right now 11-10-22 on hold for 3 hours and counting). Just to get an answer on a simple question. They process invoices after hours, but no phone system. No other way to communicate other than phone. Problems with their online app. It won't let me download / attach invoices, missing cut off times. Complaints from brokers, they aren't getting invoice and POD's.

      We were told a what our fee was going to be per invoice, when we submitted the first invoice they took 60% of the entire payment. They listed 3 fees stating "security interest fee/cost" plus a transaction fee and a invoice processing fee. I was only told about a transaction fee and I understand the invoice processing fee. I didn't understand why I had other fees and they were listed the same fee 3 times for just my first and only invoice. I called numerous times spent hours on the line and never got through or received a call back. It's safe to say I won't be using them again!

      Hi ***, we are unable to identify your account based on email and name used in this review, so we are unable to have a supervisor reach out. Please call our Client Services team and they can help with any questions, and use the call back feature so you don't have to wait on hold. It is also important to call from a phone number that is approved on the account. All of the fees charged are included in the contract, and the security interest fee is only charged at the beginning of the contract to cover the *** filing costs. Thank you.

      Tafs Is **** you cant reach nobody when you need help I have a problem getting pay I try to call them about my money stay on the line for one hour for somebody to answer the phone nobody answers I willing never recommend nobody to use tafs I regret Using there factoring service for my business. *****

      This has been the worst company to deal with. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have been on hold for two hours and they just hung up on me. All I am trying to do is get the money owed to me that was sent to TAFS after my contract ended. No one seems to know where the money goes once you don't have an account. I have been told to email someone then have been told I need more information, or I am transferred. I have been trying to get my money for 3 months now and still nowhere with this. I am so frustrated. I never would recommend using TAFS.

All funds sent to TAFS after your account was terminated are refunded back to the debtor automatically. If you have a specific invoice that you believe has not been refunded, please provide the remittance information on that invoice to us and we will look into it. Thank you.

      I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS FACTORING, FLEET GAS CARDS, OR ANYTHING ELSE THEY OFFER. They do not answer the phones nor do they call back once selecting that option. I have several recordings of sitting on hold for over 1.5 hours to getting hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whenever I do get someone to answer, they can't help me neither do they get me someone that can assist. They do not want to release my funds nor do they want to release my company. They are very unprofessional but it seems as if they are all trained to be rude and not to assist customers. There is no way EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has the same attitude and rudeness when you call, they DO! They charge fees for whatever they want and no one can tell you what the fees are nor how often you will be charged the random fees. I never understood why I have to be charged because I opted out of using their other services. There is no supervisor or any other agent to request before getting the line disconnected.

We will continue to keep in touch in regards to updates, but we believe the issue should be resolved. We do have thousands of clients that are speaking to the Client Services team each day, and we only charge fees that are included in the agreement. Thank you.

      If i could give less than 1 star i would. Anyone in the trucking industry do your research before using TAFS. They will take your money and refuse to assist you when you need help resolving issues. I have made several attempts to contact TAFS only to be placed on eternal hold and then have my call disconnected. TAFS has taken multiple amounts of money claiming they haven't been paid by my brokers. I have found this to be untrue on multiple occasions. You are never allowed to speak with a supervisor to resolved any issues. I understand things can be hectic at times but this is a bit ridiculous. All I would like is someone to contact me so that this issue can be resolved.

      This company is garbage they want answer basic questions and they want answer the phone most of times and when they do answer the phone nobody ever knows anything but they want release you so you can go on to deal with other companies that actually practice good business and so with that said I say to anyone do not deal with this company period and am go e use all my energy to promote people not using this factoring company and am gone go on the box truck page on ******** where people are asking questions and post do not not deal with Tafs Factoring.

TAFS has thousands of happy factoring clients, and our fees are extremely competitive in the industry. We will have your sales rep reach out again.

      This company is a joke They will not send termination release even though I sent it by certified mail in time 30 days before my renewal date. Called several times no response to my issues They just say check your email.. which still has no release letter hinder me abs my company and they take way too much money out when factoring an invoice.

      Hello ******, we do not have the ability to take money from your bank account. When we do a charge back, it is because your debtor either did not pay us, or short paid us. It sounds like the debtor requires more paperwork or a receipt before they will pay. We had a manager reach out and spoke with you to try and resolve any issues.
