    MotoAssure is a reliable warranty provider. They always showed up when I needed them the most. They covered 70 percent of the cost of my engine replacement, which is a huge relief. Thank you for all you do.

    Just like they gave me all the assurances in this world while I was trying to sign up, they also gave me all the caking when I needed them. Our relationship has been mutually beneficial. I pay my deductible when it is due, and they fix my vehicle when the need arises.

    Since I subscribed to Moto Assure, I've had peace of mind. They didn't disappoint me when I needed them. When I noticed some issues with my braking system, I took it to the dealership, and it required changing the brake pad and brake disk. Moto Assure approved my claim and paid for the repair.

    I signed up for a MotoAssure Auto plan last year to ensure my car was well protected, and I'm glad I did. I've had to use their services twice since then. The first time, they replaced my steering rack, and the second time, they replaced a faulty tire. Both experiences were smooth and hassle-free.

    This company is the biggest scam, they take your money and then when you place a claim on your contract they drag you through the muds with a tone of document request and you produce whatever is requested there comes another bullshit and tagging you long so that they can go to your account for another payment knowing that they have no intentions of paying for the claim... please do your research before purchasing from these scammers. MB4LIFE

    To Whom It May Concern: (BBB), The claim was denied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Vehicle Service Contract. SECTION III. CONTRACT HOLDER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
    Contract Holder’s Maintenance Requirements: You must have Your Vehicle
    checked and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, as
    outlined in the Owner’s Manual. Your Vehicle’s Owner Manual lists different servicing
    recommendations based on Your individual driving habits and climate conditions. You
    are required to follow the maintenance schedule that applies to Your driving habits and
    climate conditions. Failure to follow these recommendations may result in the denial of
    claims.
    Oil Changes and Verifiable Receipts: In the event of a Breakdown, We may request
    oil change and/or service records to verify that maintenance has been properly done. If
    You perform your own maintenance and/or service, You must retain all receipts that
    show the purchase of materials used in the Vehicle maintenance process.

    The customer was able to provide verifiable service records.

    I purchased a warranty plan from MotoAssure Admin last year, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Last month, I needed an engine replacement for my car, and when I contacted them to file a claim, they responded promptly and approved my claim within 48 hours. Efficient Service.

    It wasn't so easy to reach them on the phone when the transmission of my 2014 Lexus GL failed, and when I did, they attended to my claim. They ended up paying for the transmission, but I still had an out-of-pocket payment to the tune of $1300.

    I subscribed to their Powertrain Enhanced plan in December last year, and in May my AC broke down. After diagnosis, it was discovered that my compressor was bad. MotoAssure approved my claim and replaced my compressor.
