    Having a warranty company that responds to queries on time is priceless. The process was quick. They covered the replacement of the engine for my 2010 Toyota Camry. After their assessments, my claim was approved.

    Had a great experience with them when my braking system needed an overhaul. I called them when my mechanic recommended the change of brake disks and brake pads. They knew break issues are sensitive and they didn't hesitate heeding to my demands.

    If you are planning on purchasing a warranty from Motoassure, AKA Empire Auto Protect, please Don't, and read this first. This company just scammed me by not covering what they are supposed to cover, and denying my claim by saying the issue was pre existing. This terminology is used to reject any claim they don't want to pay. They first denied my claim, and then when I tried to ask for a second inspection, they denied that as well. Even the shop asked how they came to the conclusion that the issue was pre existing? They did not have an answer. Do not be deceived by the salesman when he says they have no reasons to deny you. Trust when I say they do not want to cover you. They just want that monthly payment, and the salesman wants the commission.

    To whom it may concern (BBB) Mr. Nicholas C**** purchased a vehicle service contract from Empire Auto Protect on 6/14/2024. The repair facility called to start a claim for Mr. C**** on 7/22/2024, these repairs were to replace an Evaporator core and TPMS sensors. We let the repair facility know that the TPMS sensors were not listed for coverage in Mr. C****’s Contract. We did open a claim for the evaporator core. We spoke with Mr. C**** on 7/22/2024 as a apart of our claims process, Mr. C**** had explained to us what he was experiencing and when he first started to notice his issues with the vehicle. On 7/24/2024 we ordered an inspection; this is through a third-party inspection company who sets up a date and time with the repair shop to go out and verify the failures to the vehicle. On 8/07/2024 we called the repair facility and left a Voicemail. We then spoke with Mr. C**** letting him know that the claim for the evaporator core is denied for preexisting conditions per the inspector’s report this is a long-term failure predating the contract as Mr. C**** was only 8 days effective into his contract, the evaporator would not fail in that short period of time. As per Mr. C****s contract, SECTION V. EXCLUSIONS – WHAT IS NOT COVERED Coverage is not provided under this Contract for any of the following Exclusions: Pre-Existing Condition(s): Any Vehicle found not to be in good mechanical order at the time this Contract is placed on the Vehicle, or any failure that occurred prior to the purchase of this Contract. Any breakdown and/or failure, whereby the cause of failure occurred due to a condition that pre-dated the purchase of this Contract shall also be expressly excluded from coverage.     I'm glad I didn't get the runaround when I needed them to act. I called them because my air conditioning compressor failed. After confirmation by their rep, they got it replaced.

    MotoAssure is a reliable warranty provider. They always showed up when I needed them the most. They covered 70 percent of the cost of my engine replacement, which is a huge relief. Thank you for all you do.
