      We started service with KC Disposal they have done a great job. The office staff has been amazing and very helpful.

      Horrible customer service. Was on hold for 35 minutes waiting for a human to answer. Once one did; they put me on hold! Evidently they need to hire more employees to handle their customer service phone line. Or maybe they need to fix their services so they don't have so many people calling in! The payment card on file had expired (my fault but hey, it's a quarterly bill - I missed updating this one!). I paid as soon as I realized they payment wasn't auto out of my account. Paid at 7am on Wednesday morning. By that evening; it showed out of my bank account. After calling them today/Thursday to see why trash STILL wasn't picked up; she states it wasn't paid. Then she says she sees the payment but it wasn't until the next day?? Then why was it out of my bank account the day prior? Evidently this company cannot keep computer systems current (although last bill had service notice of a updated payment system!!!) and for sure they do NOT have enough staff to answer their phones! Would not recommend to any one. Worse part - I'm a single individual so my trash isn't large amount every week. Could only imagine people with a family and 3 or 4 times the trash I set out weekly. So this puts my trash not being picked up for yet another week. It smells lovely with our 90+ days!! NOT.. :(
