  BAIT and SWITCH Tactics!!! Salesman came to my door, said all the right things, and offered both trach and recycle for just under what I, how convenient, was paying already, so I signed up. They just dropped my bin, and I called about the missing recycle bin. OH NO... that's an extra charge, making it more than what I want to pay. Said too bad, so sad basically. Told them, when my 3 months I just paid for are done, I'm gone. STAY AWAY!!!!!

  This company is the worst. They never billed us for our 1st bill. They said they emailed it to us but never had our email. The last who answers the phones is the worst and will destroy this company. When you do pay the bill they still leave a lock on your account and proceed to charge us for additional bags for the next week. They knocked on our door soliciting this service and it has been the worst 9 months.

  Honestly, I did not even get to the point of using their service. I had a sales rep come to my house a few weeks ago. Offer service for $45 a quarter. I told the man that I would have to think about it and boy am I glad I did. I went online and looked at starting service. It directed me to call their office. They quoted me $87 for the quarter. When I told the man on the phone that I had been quoted the $45 a quarter price. He told me that was only available through their sales department. I asked to speak to a salesman that could give me this still active promo price and he told me that he could not provide that information and offered to drop it to 75 a quarter. I clarified with him that the salesperson that came to my door was an employee of their company just as he is, that the promo was still active, but he would not give me the contact information of the person that could give me this price and he would not honor the active promotional price. I told him that I felt that this was a bait and switch tactic and even though their non promotional rate was a little lower than my current company I would not do business with them.

  Our *** uses this company for trash and recycling. Today they did not take my recycling or my neighbor's. After 35 minutes on the phone they essentially told me to buzz off. Since I do not pay them directly, they are not interested in addressing my issue. They say that my recycling bin was too full despite recycling being unlimited and their history of taking bins with far more recycling in the bin. Since a return trip incurs a fee and the *** pays the bills, I am left to figure out what to do with my full bin. How will this be better next week? How is this different than it has been for the years we've lived here? How is this an ideal way to treat customers?*UPDATE* 4mos since my first post and woo! After my *** contacted the company, the owner said essentially that I am a liar and that this never happened. I read through all the guidelines on their website and have been litigiously abiding by them, but today I must have made someone mad as they half emptied my bin and left the rest of the "unlimited recycling". I reexamined the parameters from their website to make sure I had done everything the way they want it, and believe I had. When I called them, they explained that they now need all boxes broken down and cut. I asked what to do with the other recyclables that will not fit in the bin as their instructions tell me to put it in a box next to the bin as I did. They essentially told me that it doesn't matter what I do, they are not coming back to get the "unlimited recycling" Too bad the *** has the contract as I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

  When my service was moved to ******* they missed my trash 2/4 times of a month sometimes 3. I would call and sometimes they came back and sometimes they did not. I honestly got tired of calling to come get my trash.I had a thread going with my conversations on email and they contradicted and told me something different every time.When i asked for a supervisor I no longer received an email.I never got a call and never got my trash picked up.

  Their pickup crews are sloppy, and have left trash in my yard multiple times. They also didn't tell me when my automatic payment method expired. Instead, the simply stopped picking up my trash for two weeks, and wanted to charge me extra to fix it.

  I constant have issues with this companies service. When I called the last time, I requested a supervisor. She was on the phone with the Vice President who told me to take it up with my neighborhood. As a business owner myself, I was very disappointed to hear how they handled my issues of trash and recycling constantly being missed.

  Great customer service. The owner himself was answering calls. Super professional and every employee I have reached out to has been extremely helpful and upfront about costs and information. Very consistent on trash pick-up. Affordable.
