    We purchased a new 2021 Grand Design Imagine camper and we love it. It's well made and has a great floor plan. Our son and daughter ***** have the same camper and they are very happy as we are.

    Grand Design loves Powderpost Beetles so much that they include them free in their manufacturing process. They will not warranty their product for their infestation even though the biological lifecycle of the Powderpost Beetles confirms they were present during the manufacturing process at their factory in Indiana and then allowed them to cross state lines for the infestation to spread. How do I know this? I bought my 2600RB December 27, 2021 from Lazydays ********* ** and in early to mid-March starting finding the exit holes of the PP Beetles in our ceiling panels. The continued through dropping off our infested camper at Lazydays on May 12, 2022. To prove this even more, I took bug samples along with a part of the ceiling panel to *************************** ********** of *********** and they confirmed the bugs are Powderpost Beetles and would have been present during the manufacturing process. What's even worse? We found another couple with a 2600RB bought 1 month before ours at a completely different dealership with Powderpost Beetles. Their vin number was 1 digit before ours!!!!! Grand Design says it's not their problem. What a joke and a bunch of liars! What they should do is go back and listen to their recorded phone conversations, I did!! One of their **************** Managers told me over the phone Grand Design is aware of this being a problem. The know the PP Beetles like the ceiling panels and decorative wood, like around the fireplaces. So they want to replace the ceiling panels with new ones. How can they guarantee we won't have this again? They don't care! Sweep it aside and deny all claims. I was told by the same CSM that a VP told them all future claims would be denied. Good thing is that I keep VERY good detailed records of all conversations and will include all of this in a ******* video in the near future. Grand Design had every opportunity to make this truly right and whole but failed miserably like their bug infested product.

    After reviewing the customer's file, we see that GDRV authorized the replacement of the affected ceiling panels in April of 2022 as a goodwill gesture. All repairs have since been completed by the dealership.

    Piece of c*** for $62k!Further-after 4 months they have yet to reply to our ************** calls about functional problems! Not to mention a poor design & cheaply suppling only 1 battery but telling you that you need two to run the camper!Recomm: do NOT buy! Problems: auto/leveling does not work, windows do not open, main door does not stay closed, poor design & engineering!, POOR quality overall, NO customer support!,

    I have absolutely NOT heard from Grand Design at all! No voice-mail, no call-back either to my recent msg. left for them last Sunday. I even checked my junk/spam call numbers: nothing there. They apparently do not speak the truth either. My above post will stand as a complaint against them: POOR product, POOR quality, POOR design, POOR customer support.

    I bought a Brand New 2021 Grand Design Reflection and have had nothing but problems. Cupboards were crooked, window wouldnt open entry door wouldnt shut properly, lite in kitchen didnt work, broken window latch, frig door has to be lifted to shut it, water heater leaking, slide out goes in crooked. It has been in the shop more than I have had it. Only used it 2 times and the rest of time in the shop. I have not be able to use to see if there is any other issues. They said when talking to Grand design that they would extend my warranty until December of this year but I wont have unit back until 1st week of October maybe. So that leaves me with 1 short trip before end of season. So the warranty is not going to help. If this doesnt get resolved I am going to take trailer back to ******* and demand my money back. I work a lot and have to plan out my camping trips/vacation. The next two trips I have planned I have to cancel. Just like last year. The process of getting things fixed is a joke. It should not take 1-3 months or more to get things done. I am done with this camper and Grand Design. I want my money back. If the people at grand design spent over $40,000.00 on something and only got to use it 2 times because it was in the shop I think they would say the same thing. Plus now I have to tell my grandkids sorry we wont be able to go camping again. So thank you grand design for not only disappointing me but my grandkids as well.

    We have a ************************************.. We have put over ****** miles on it. It has been places I should not have been in. I can't say enough good about the quality of the unit and the company. On a recall which I took to the ********** customer service for, they pointed out an issue and wanted to fix it before it became a problem. Which we scheduled in November when it wasn't being used. Yes I have read these complaints. But I just haven't experienced any of these. We are Grand Design customers for life. ******************* *******************.

We have manufactured hundreds of thousands of units in the past ten years and like any company, we have a few customers that are unhappy with us---we appreciate you letting us here from one of the thousands who are very happy!

    Cheap crap! Design issues: elec in back, water in front (inside?), cable on the passenger side, no place to hang even a jacket or a pair of pants, small cubbyholes for storage where a larger space would have been more useable, no access to manual crank for the slideout, etc,, etc, etc, Quality issues: staples protruding in the middle of the vinyl flooring, water to the sink not properly installed and leaking, roof bubbles and cracks, door latches don't work, fan in the bath inoperative, bath door off the track, exterior trim loose and missing, rear bumper crimped so no sewer hose access etc. etc. etc.On top of which the service at Colerain in ************ sucks: months between dropping off the camper and actual work done, some work not done even though noted on the work order, etc. etc. etc.

    Brand new 2022 Grand Design Inagine cost a pretty *****, gave us a few minor issues we were able to work out. Then the slide out had a major malfunction not allowing it to slide out, the bedroom was unreachable. As is the fridge. We were on a long trip and had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Had to climb in through the window with a ladder to get our stuff out in the dealership parking lot. It has spent more time at the shop than being used. Currently getting fixed again. Plus theres a recall with propane leaks.. very disappointed. This is our first time buying new, we went with new to avoid these kinds of problems.

    Grand Design RV replaced the entire left wall at their factory repair center due to delamination on the left wall of our Imagine 2600RB. They asked me to write a list of any other issues and they would take care of it. My list included a bathroom door that scrapes against a wall panel that needed to be fastened to the wall studs since it was bulging, The other issue was a ********* slide issue where the unit had been serviced ***** at the dealer without correcting the issue.I drove to Indiana and inspected the rig and noticed the wall behind the bathroom door was not fastened down where their fix was to move the door out further from the wall. This created a large gap where people could now see into the bathroom with the door closed.The slide was still dragging and was obviously still an issue.Most importantly, the gutter above the wall they had replaced had a huge sag in it above the slide where water will dump over the slide instead of each end of the rig.I asked that they take the unit back in to correct the issues and they denied my request due to covid rules. So realizing I was on my own, I towed the rig back to my home state.After returning home, the bathroom door fell of its hinges and the slide motor failed where I replaced it myself. The slide now works perfectly. But most importantly, I have recently asked GDRV to ship me the 16ft gutter material where I would install it and correct the issue myself. They will not ship the material or will they offer to correct the issue they created.While the customer support at purchase is very good, their follow up to correct issues from their shoddy workmanship is a disappointment. I would like the gutter material that is in 16ft lengths and listed on their parts page. Or I can take the unit back to them to install the new gutter material. I'm getting nothing back form them.

    Grand Design has sent a mobile tech out to correct the issues on my Imagine 2600RB with respect to the sagging gutter and bulging wall that was contacting the bathroom door. My faith in GDRV has been restored. Thank you *** and technician Bud who did a great job in making things right.

    Bought our New Grand Design Transcend Xplor 265BH in April 2021. Our dealership has been a nightmare to work with...I mean my worst experience ever dealing with any business. I had a chance to get our trailer into service 1 time in the 12 month warranty period (3-4 month wait for appointment). While they had the trailer for warranty work, they backed another trailer into it and crushed the front side. So to fix the damage they had the trailer for 6 months! We now have the trailer back and just returned from our camping trip to find they didn't fix the warranty issues. Now they're denying us any warranty work because we're just outside of the manufacturer 12 month period! So so frustrating. But the biggest issue, which is an issue with GD, is that the two entry doors on this, and many other Transcend coaches, gets STUCK when exterior is hot. We have been left stranded OUTSIDE and INSIDE our coach many times. This seems to be a major design flaw with the Transcend line of trailers. I've owned RVs before, but never have I been trapped in one. It's a scary feeling. Must wait until temps drop before the doors will operate normally.

    We purchased a Grand Design Imagine 17MKE last July 2021 and it was shipped to ** October 2021. We just received a recall notice telling us that the propane quick connect is default and could leak and cause a fire. The sad thing is they knew about this default issue since July 2021 of last year and still shipped the ** to us with the dangerous quick connect. Now we're trying to get it fixed and no one has the replacement part. So we have a dangerous leaky propane quick connect with no fix date and its summer time so we are unable to use our camper unless we completely shut off the propane. Not good business to ship a faulty propane fixture knowing it was a defect.

    We cannot find ****** in our database of owners, however, Grand Design only released the recall 9 days ago (5/31/2022). The build dates we have identified go back to July of 2021. If the customer could reply with their ******* serial number we can verify if the recall even pertains to their particular unit and also we can reach out and help them get the service they need.
