    I bought a toyhauler online and paperwork was sent via mail with check for downpayment along with financing to the dealership. We drove from CA to pickup a Brand New Toyhauler in ******** at Cousins RV. After 2 days of driving we arrive at the dealership and no one greets us. After hours of standing around, my husband and I go to the back of the building to see the Toyhauler on our own. We see that they had the full frontend off and were resealing it, which was done very poorly and seemed rushed ( probably b/c they were trying to hide it from us). Also the molding around the doors was installed poorly and none of the joints were touching. The Toyhauler was very dirty and people were scrambling to fix stuff. The Toyhauler was missing tons of stuff, Ladders, TVs, Bedspread, Mattresses, Tiedowns. We were there for hours in the freezing cold waiting and waiting. They had my money for over 2 weeks and knew we were on our way to come get the trailer 3 days before. Looking back there is NO WAY this trailer was Brand New. We left with several things still missing and we were finding more and more issues as we got home, the paneling in the garage was coming disconnected, the garage sliding doors and connecting points were damaged, the pulldown curtains were damaged, the thermostat in the bedroom was not working and there is some sort of leak with the propane whether it be the hose connections or the tanks themselves. The dealership sent a bad check to the **** "I have been getting the run around" From the *** to Connexus Financing, Cousins RV dealership for Parts, Contract and Reg. I reached out to Grand Design 3 days ago and no return call as well! The financing *** started adding on ***** for over priced insurance. I explained the situation to them and they only offered me defer payments and sticking the insurance on the end of the loan. Now my Credit is getting ruined on top of everything else. 7 Months Later I Still have a INOPERABLE pieced together Toyhauler!

    Well Im approaching 1 year of ownership of my 2022 Grand Design Imagine 2400BH. I researched for a couple years before deciding on Grand Design. Im disappointed with my purchase. Thankfully Im a capable of fixing most things because I just spent the last year tidying up or plain rebuilding the craftsmanship in my RV. Here is a list of replacements or repairs I have made in no particular order: hot water heater, furnace, heat/air ducting, bunk bed framing, 110 power outlet, USB outlet, bent (from dealer) black tank handle, led front cap lights peeling off, under body enclosure mounting screws torn form enclosure material that was trimmed to short in many places, interior trim falling off, kitchen counter peeling, swintech slide problems, split wooden framing from poor construction/drilling that was just left because is was hidden, screen door latch, pass through storage latches, pass through storage door bent, rear ladder leaked and froze causing it to split open, solar panel wire connecters were dry rotted from dealer, propane fittings, holding tank metal hangers installed incorrectly, ALL MANNER of poor caulking (inside/out) (pin hole leaks), led ceiling light, I dont think a single s**** in this RV was seated flush. Anytime a hole was drilled, a pass through cut out, or a wire was cut the debris was just left where it fell. This is not an exhaustive list but you get the point. Nightmare. I gave two stars cause it hasnt killed me yetif it does Im gonna come back and remove a star. Tried warranty claim last fallreceived a few auto replies and was given a case number once and then they quite replying. So I decided I was on my own and paid out of pocket so the repairs could be made in a timely and correct manner. I dont expect to hear anything cause I dont have a ******* channel, nor would it matter at this point, the repairs are complete. I basically rebuilt your RV and Ill be telling everyone I see. I truly mean this review to help GD. Thanks.

    I called Grand Design due to a bubble in the roof of our brand new 2023 momentum that came that way from the factory , and the women who I spoke with who is supposed to be customer service was so rude and condescending, yes, I was upset and frustrated, but, they need to train their staff better on how to speak with clients in a more professional caring manner!

    Maiden voyage for our brand new ************** expectations - massive disappointments. Slide out won't extend out. Followed manual override directions two tuns and the 12" bolt fell off. The small slide leaked last night. The jack ***** fell off during traveling. Right now we're at ********************** and can't use our trailer. No Grand Design service people returned our calls. Warranty request form online is not functional. I tried three times. There should be a live service person available for a trailer that costs this much. I fear we made a very poor decision purchasing a Grand Design. Chose this over Coachman Freedom Express. What a mistake.

    I think the grand design was a good product at 1 time but after purchasing a 2022 model I now know how BAD they are built. Their lack of quality is so bad that they send trailers out with warped bent hatches that very noticeable bent and non functional pull handles for dumping your holding tanks. Their attention to detail is lacking when your product quality on assembly lines still think water tight hatches can be sent out to dealers with avious defects from just looking at the hatches and saying that's a quality build. The under carriage looks like 5 year old sprayed The water proofing foam. If I could only add pictures to show ,you would know instantly how shotty their work is. My opinion as a owner that these are the worst product quality trailers on the market. The dealer ship RV COUNTRY that sold this trailer is another example of why Grand Design is not a good trailer to buy is the service after the sale, NONE EXESTENT and never mind getting parts from the maker of the trailer GRAND DESIGN that is where all the lies begin and continue on a weekly even daily basis for the entirety of the repair. Nothing they tell you is truthful. They dont even want to not honor their warranty as stated on paperwork. If I had one wish left in life would be to save everyone from the horrible GRAND DESIGN MODELS available out their and to let you know if you read this DO NOT BUY THESE TRAVEL TRAILERS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PURCHASE AND WISH NEVER HAD BOUGHT ONE. I HAVE WARNED YOU AND YOU WILL REGRET THIS PRODUCT AND PURCHASE.

    We bought our 2021 Momentum Brand New in August 2021. Since that time it has been out of commission for all but 2 months. It is now December 2022. That is over a year it has been out of commission due to work orders and warranty issues. Grand Design does not follow through on calls other than to say ... we will keep you updated. Meanwhile, current work orde count on our camper is ***** and I'm still paying almost $600 a month. Grand Design is a joke and selling lemons to make money. I would NEVER recommend them and will NEVER purchase another RV. I thought I would be purchasing something for travel and enjoyment for the family. Grand Design has made we sure I know what hotels take dogs and that I cannot afford to enjoy traveling how and when I wanted.

    I'm only giving a 1 star review because I can't give a Zero review! I purchased a 2022 Grand Design Momentum 399th model in June of this year. I have had nothing but problems with it. Before signing my paperwork to purchase, I was promised by ********************** that everything would be fixed. Well guess what, it's now November and nothing has been fixed. I go back and forth weekly with my advisor from LazyDays with submitting warranty stuff in hopes that my RV will get fixed. This has been very stressful for me; I feel like no one is listening to me or cares about my concerns. I feel like once it was taken off LazyDays lot it's now "my problem" they made the sale and to h*** with me!!!! My warranty is "ticking" and I feel that all the problems I am having shouldn't go against my warranty as they were problems from before I signed the paperwork. I feel as a customer that "I don't matter" and I don't a voice in this. If I could start all over again, I promise you, I would never by a Grand Design RV. Buyers be ware and do your homework before purchasing a Grand Design. I can see why Grand Design and LazyDays RV in ***** are NOT accredited with the BBB! In my mind they are a bunch of crooks!!!     Dear Grand Design, I have been dealing with these issues since day one and more issues continue to arise. I feel as a customer, I don't have a voice and I am just getting the "run around" this is not fair to me as I paid over $150,000.00 for this RV!! The craftmanship that went into this RV is not good at all! I have outlet covers falling off. Yellowing in the main bathroom around the caulking, now my levels are "clicking" every time I walk inside my RV. I'm not the type of person to complain, truly I'm not but this is ridiculous. I feel like I am getting nowhere and fast with you all and Lazydays! I paid for every warranty that was offered to me and nothing is getting done! I think it's pathetic that you use the owner's warranty to fix things that should be fixed before selling the *** shame on you!

    After 3 1/2 years of owning a Grand Design solitude **** RLR our bedroom/bathroom slide has failed as a result of manufacturing workmanship. Grand Design failed to follow ******* instructions to install rollers under the slide box per ******* installation instructions. Grand Design has failed to correct this issue. They say they want you as "Grand Design for life " customers...this is faults advertising. Once your out of warranty it's see ya sucker! I've put a claim in bwith them and still no answers. ****** says that rollers should have been installed as per their installation instructions and

According to our records:- The ** was manufactured in March of 2019 - *********** purchased the ** on 4/20/2019 - The Grand Design **************** Warranty expired 4/20/2020 - The Grand Design ******************* Structural Warranty expired 4/20/2022 There have been no warranty claims ever filed regarding this ** and no calls on record from ***************While the warranty is expired, we suggest he take the ** to a Grand Design dealer for proper diagnosis and/or repair.*********** is also welcome to contact our customer ****************** at ************ for advice.

    Love our coach, disappointed in the service between GD and General RV. Purchased almost a year ago with issues. The main issue is the indoor refrigerator. Purchased in MI about 1 year ago. The refrigerator hasn't worked properly, it's weather related. When temp outside gets about 75 or so, the refrigerator will not cool. Mobile techs have ran their test and tried different things with GD approval. We took it to General RV 2 times, the temp outside is about 60 to 65 (spring 2022 and fall 2022), so it works fine. I asked General RV how will you do the test Grand Design needs to replace the refrigerator with the temperature in MI being low? Then I emailed Grand Design with General RV to ask this question. Grand Design never responded and General RV said they can't do anything else. So now the rig will be going to ******* with a bad refrigerator. I had a contact at GD I thought was taking care of me, then the communication died.
