Booking doesnt mean anything here at ***. Didnt honor our booking and forced to upsell. They dont own their mistakes and didnt offer any solution other than upselling or giving a smaller vehicle which didnt fit our family luggages. Since we didnt have a choice, we ended up going with smaller car. Better go with Enterprise or ***** and have peace of mind knowing that they own and honor the bookings.ACE Rent A Car

What started as a great experience quickly soured when I realized I was tricked into signing and paying for coverages I specifically said I did not want. I was told that by initialing I was declining loss damage waiver and roadside assistance. However this was a lie and I feel totally scammed and taken advantage of. It is shameful to prey on customers who have been traveling all day and arrive late. We are tired, hungry, and not as sharp. We are relying on good business ethics not con artists to guide us through the process of picking up the rental car. It should be a simple and fair process. ACE your employees smile in your customers faces all the while knowing that they are stealing from them. I would have recommended and used your service again but not now. I will be sure to warn others.ACE Rent A Car

While I understand the frustration with the added insurance and coverage, you do see what you are signing at the time of rental as well as you do receive a paper copy of the rental agreement prior to leaving the location. I didn't think i would get scammed by an allegedly reputable company. but ***** is *****. there are opportunists everywhere. ******* is a slippery one be careful if you deal with her at the vegas location. they lied to me and told me they would not charge insurance as i showed proof of insurance. but they must get a kick back because he lied about not giving it to me and tricked me into signing something that said i was buying extra insurance. this is not okay and we need to get these employeees trained proper . this is illegal parasitic and not acceptableACE Rent A Car

I understand the frustrations with the additional insurance that was added however while signing you do see what is being signed for as well as you do receive a paper copy of your rental agreement with the breakdown of charges prior to leaving the office with the vehicle.
