  The Real Seal provided great communication-they were here when they said they would be, they completed the job as planned, ****** was amazing-he knew what he was doing and the place was spotless when he finished.   The Real Seal is one of those rare companies within the ******* area that are honest and eager to be at your side and to support you as you go through the difficulties of whatever your house is doing (or not doing). They stay true to their word, analyze issues down to minute details, and are trained enough as experts to watch videos/look at photos and hypothesize (CORRECTLY!) what might be happening. Of course, you want them to evaluate in person, but knowing I can rely on The Real Seal to be honest and willing to help, especially after an install or renovation project, is a huge relief.I think the biggest benefit of hiring The Real Seal is knowing you can speak to techs who you have seen before and the owner is open, kind, and attentive (and personable). I must admit that I did get irate/nasty with The Real Seal at no fault of their own. Despite being angry and frustrated, they treated me with utmost respect and calmed me down and helped me figure out next steps to identify the problem. Needless to say: they were spot on about the issue and it had nothing to do with their work, despite what other companies said when they assessed the basement. I finally had the sewer repaired, and the issue was, in fact, exactly what the owner of The Real Seal hypothesized it was.Needless to say, I felt like a donkey's ****. Yet, even now, they still treat me and my home like I never acted like That Customer. I cannot stress how much that meant and still means to me.I'm not owning another house when I move out of this one, but if I ever do, these are the people I would have work on any foundation, water, concrete, or any other work they have expertise in.

  Every point of contact from the initial phone call through the leak repair was exceptional and could serve as a case study in customer service. Even though our building had only a small leak remediation, I felt like my needs and concerns were addressed at every turn. I'd gladly recommend The Real Seal to anyone in need of their services.

  We had a window well replaced after 40 years..we moved in recently and the well rusted and sinking unevenly. Our new window is on order and feel it will be as good as promised. Super happy with ****** who came and did a tremendous amount of work digging the old window well out. We decided to go with the Real seal since they did such a fantastic job at our previous home with waterproofing. ****** showed up on time and when promised. No complaints...thank you.

  I picked The Real Seal over their competitors based on their process as well was their professional and transparent explanation of my problem and solution. No hard sell, just facts. The tech who performed the work was also knowledgeable, respectful of my property and more then happy to explain his work as he progressed. I'd recommend The Real Seal going forward.

  For years i struggled with basement flooding. Getting the water up with a shop vac and constant bleaching and cleaning was wearing me out. After receiving a quote from The Real Seal, they set my appointment and fixed the problem. Not only were they affordable but trustworthy too! If i could rate them a 20 i would. Thank you so much Real Seal for my dry basement. I highly recommend to anyone experiencing basement flooding.

  The technician was early, prepared, worked quickly and cleanly, then even trimmed the excess foam from the perimeter of the sidewalk. He even phoned me ahead of his arrival to introduce himself and ask if there were any specific details or concerns I'd like to point out before he started the work. Additionally, before starting work, he explained the equipment, product to be used, as well as the process and how it worked. I strongly recommend Real Seal for Polyjacking.
