The communication between The Real Seal team and myself was world class. Right after I submitted my online inquiry, I received email from a Repair Specialist, then a call and email from my account manager introducing themselves and their company, what service they provide and videos on how the work is done. There was never a time when I didn't know what was next. Contract was esigned, deposit and final payment both online, scheduling was super easy. I appreciated the message they sent with a picture and the name of the tech that was coming to the house. As promised, he called when he left his office with an ETA at our place. Our tech ****** is fantastic. Personable and professional! He explained what he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up the area probably better than how he found it. I've used Real Seal several times for various projects. They have fixed cracks in the foundation, sealed the base of the foundation, rerouted the discharge line from the sump, installed a backup sump. I have always found them to do a great job at a reasonable price. They take the time to identify the source of the problem and they explain what they can do to fix it in terms a ****** can understand. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I have interacted with from Real Seal has been great from the office staff to the rep who comes out to assess and price the job to the techs who come out to fix the problem. I highly recommend Real Seal.

Our technician, ********, was excellent! Great communication before and during the repair, arrived on time, and was excellent to work with. The Real Seal was the best decision for high quality products and an excellent results. Great value for the service received. ******** completed the service requested and gave us the instructions we needed for after the project was finished. The best part - lifetime warranty follows the house which is great if we decide to sell in the future!The Real Seal

Ive been a customer of Real Seal since 2018 for multiple services. They are very knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and stand by their warranty. I am really thankful for their back up battery sump pump system. All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend them and I continue to use their services.The Real Seal

I recently had Real Seal do some repairs to a ********* and lift a sidewalk at my work. From the first moment I contacted Real Seal they are nothing but professional. My first point of contact was *****************************. This lady is the best. When she came out to look at the scope of work, she told me yes indeed we can fix this. Then I mentioned a more complex repair on the leaning loading dock wall. ***** looked it over and said we can fix it. They have already repaired the sidewalk, and they are coming back out to repair the leaning *********. This company is totally awesome.The Real Seal
