We had a floor to ceiling wall crack that leaked in the basement. I called the Real Seal and received quick service. The communications from the company was good. The technician who did the work was very professional. He arrived on time at the appointed 8:30 a.m. start time and was totally finished and left a clean work site by mid afternoon. He knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. A restoration company has been at our house for a few weeks repairing multiple floors in our home due to a burst pipe. The ******* from that ******* was interested in taking a look at the job that was done on the crack and after he looked it over for a few minutes he turned to me and said that the work done was of a high quality and he actually asked me for contact info for the Real Seal. On top of all of this, the price I paid was hundreds of dollars less than other companies I had called. I highly recommend the Real Seal and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.The Real Seal

We appreciated ****'s no nonsense approach to our initial visit and that we didn't feel like we were being "sold" on something as we had with other estimate visits. We enjoyed interacting with *****, as well, who was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. All in all, we thought the crew did a great job and ****** was a great lead who kept us informed. So far, so good! We'll see how our home fairs when we experience our first big rain and/or snow melt. Thank you!The Real Seal

Amazing communication from the first phone call to completion of the job. Our basement leak was concerning but Real Seal's honest salesperson and respectful repairmen made us feel comfortable and confident with the fix. I highly recommend *****, ******, and ********. I have never hired such a friendly, clean and *************** for home repairs.
